I found your channel today....i've watched and enjoyed Still Game for years...I've seen each episode many times. Brilliant characters. Emotional end. Great reaction. I will check out your other playlists...
If anyone who watched this brilliant Series from the very start didn't have a tear in their eyes when they watched the ending ,there is something wrong, great writing, great acting ,thanks to everyone involved ,and thanks to you Kevin for reacting to my all time favourite show ,and spreading the show further afield ,hopefully you will rewatch some episodes and laugh like we do although we have watched many times
I think this episode left me in mourning and why I've returned to the series over and over and have enjoyed your journey. These perfectly written characters just fading away breaks the heart everytime. Look who it isnee...❤
"Well, look who it isny" proper hits hard, I'm still licking ma wounds from when it came out. What a masterpiece of a TV show in all aspects. Feels like our family passed away when watching this, Still Game will always be Scotlands treasure 🏴
Well, kevin, i knew the ending, but your respectful reaction choked me up at the end.time & and Tide waits for no man.in a generation, after we are gone, there might be photos but just distant memories..

Hi Kev When the final ep aired it was in front of a live audience with a Q&A afterwards. Jane McCarry (Isa) said she didnt know what to make of the ending until she let her mum read the script. Her mum pointed out it was a very apt ending as no matter how long people are in your life, whether its everyday, once a week, once a month or once a year.. eventually people just fade away. And honestly its BRUTALLY true. In my ol' mans street it was all folk we knew who had lived there decades. Now, he only knows people in 2 out the 10 houses there as most have moved on or passed away.. people truely just fade away. Thats why the ending hits so hard that its true and you also see the order in which they all pass away, leaving Isa the gossip as the last of the craiglang team. There have been rumours of a new show entitled 'Craigland' while its not Still Game per say, it revolves around new people in the scheme with only old boaby as the returning character. Nothing has materialized yet but its been a few years now so who knows🤷🏻♂️ All best from up the road🏴
Ah are you referring to the STILL Game: That's Plenty show? Yes I did watch/react to that and it was very interesting and informative As for this supposed spin off, I think they can be done well, but most of the time they are not successfully because people only want the original again, rather than something different

Thanks Kevin, it was good to rematch it with you. You should give Two Doors Down a try for Scottish Sundays
As the first episode is Christmas or Hogmanay (can't remember which off top of my head) I will be doing that in December!
@@kevinthegeek23yes the one off pilot special was Hogmanay before being commissioned for a series with slightly different cast
Looking forward to it
