This was such a wonderful interview! I've had questions like these for Steve for almost 10 years now! Great job! Much love from Norway!

Honestly never noticed how long Steve has been in the game. I watched Terada since quest crew since I used to dance but I wasn't into tricking until a few years ago after getting back into taekwondo again. Surprised to hear about Shosei Iwamoto too. Two big inspirations

Thanks for doing these! There's been such a lack of tricking history content. So good to hear from guys like Steve how it all began way back when.

This was so hype. What a treat. Terada’s NYC sampler literally got me into tricking and also yellowcard lmao. i tricked in pajama shorts for a while too because of steves shorts in that video.

Such a beautiful person and unbelievable athlete. There are no words to describe the impact that Steve had - and still have - on the community! Just. Legend.
Thanks for existing Steve 🙏 much love

I aspire to get his 540 kick ( the way he does it) on grass.

If I met him, I would be like meeting tom Cruise, only better. He was the guy that got me into tricking more than 10 years ago!

Thanks for the interesting video. But dude, I could only listen to the interview, because the misaligned wallpaper was driving me nuts.

Love you Steve. You're bringing me back to the good old days. Remember seeing you at Compete Nationals back in 2000 when you opened up your form w/ jump split to sideswipe.

Thank so much Travis for getting all those people on video that I looked up to as a kid! I remember throwing 540 in the backyard because of Steve's one on club540. Crazy times back then!
