I was stuck between being an introvert and extrovert becoz of my surroundings. I wasn't ready to accept that I am an introvert ( cuz I felt low about it)...as the time grows I can't deny that I'm an introvert . I overcome the fear of my surroundings and accepted myself as the way I am. I always practice solitude without knowing that I'm practicing it. So for me 11th lesson that came from silence is.." Self - awareness " ...I realised myself and started rising towards my goals .
And now I am thankful to God ...that I am a positive introvert.❤️

Silence is one of the most powerful skill one can develop. I've personally experienced that people tend to listen to your opinions more when you don't express them at all. Communication is a very strong skill and one must use it wisely.
Extremely helpful video. I am an extrovert and the silence of introverts sometimes annoyed me. But now, I realized that it has a greater power. Thanks a lot to Seeken for teaching me this wonderful thing.

In some aspect of life this quote is very much practical. Let me explain with an example.
Let suppose,
you want to climb a mountain or
you want to cross the Sahara desert alone
Then it would be nearly impossible for you to do that things. In these situations you will need compnay of a friend/group. Being together will give you energy/motivation to complete that task.
But if we say in today digital era, then it won't be practical unless you have mastry in something. For example you are in a group of friends. And your friend is going to work on some idea. Now here at that point if you are not valuable, nobody will choose you to work with them. They will not prefer you because you will be limitation for them. Now here you need the silence to build, to do something for yourself to become valuable.
Without mastry in something nobody will value you. And to achieve mastry you will need silence.

I am also Introvert and yes i love being alone and silent people talk about me that why I am like this some people think i am full of atitude and ego but only few people can understand me so i have very few friends and i am happy that they understand me I am happy and proud that I am an introvert 😌😁

I am an introvert so I always use to study silently or in solitude.. I get good results also. But many people advised me to study in group. I always got confused due to this suggestion bcz I always think that I learn a lot in solitude then why people give so much importance to group studies. I am not saying that group study is bad, but it's not my cup of tea. Thanks meri ye confusion dur karne k liye. Now I know that I am on the right path.. Nd yes, I bought this book 'quiet' but didn't read it yet, I will read it soon 👍
