You can see the disappointment in their faces when Anakin turns.
I was laughing so hard when Babu said "now that padme is gone you will pay more attention to the film than her months of pregnancy" LOL
Lmfao Babu was roasting him on it hahaha
59:35
Raeen LITERALLY figured out the entire plot of the Original trilogy before even watching it. Now THAT is actually impressive.
"Yeah yeah, let me guess, he's Luke's father right. Yeah. see. called it."
How do you know they REALLY havent seen it? Thes movies did release in India. Regardless, it's still interesting to see their POVs. Sad Badshah wasnt here for this one...
Most impressive
Impressive...most impressive....
@TheDarkPorkins They didn't seem to recognise any of the characters at all. I mean, do you remember the plot of a movie more? Or it's characters?
This goes to show how spoiled we are in America. When the younger gentleman said “we are watching wonderful things” I was instantly taken back to almost 20 years ago watching this for the first time. You guys brought tears to my eyes. It’s great to see people enjoy Star Wars 🥺
I was 10 when a New Hope came out, the queue was a mile long at my local cinema to get in to see it!
It changed my life, It changed Movies altogether, a milestone in Cinematic history,
And got me interested in 3D, basically from Atari games and Star Wars
Doku and Yoda so far is the best Sabre battle ever. When I saw this in the Cinema everybody was cheering!
I make a living as a Graphic Artist 3d scenic Artist. I look at these films with a technical bent. Wonderful stuff. I shed a tear too!
@@alimantado373My father would tell me stories of lining up for a New Hope when he was around that age . He is also a graphic artist 😂
bro you do know that these movies released internationally? this guy might not have seen it but a lot of indians saw star wars as it came out in the theaters
@@blastoisetrainer19 I was mainly speaking to the over criticism most movies receive these days. It’s not a world wide phenomenon. It’s us in America. We are the land of options. There’s 97 different kinds of cereal and half of those have a alternative version. You don’t think having excess affects how people view their options?
Of course I’m aware these movies released internationally. However, these movies are much larger events in foreign countries, which speaks to my original point. The appreciation is different because they’re not inundated with cinema. I’m also speaking more to the past 5 years of the general public critiquing every movie release
We are quite lucky to enjoy such spectacles. The writing is close to that of a greek saga!
Bruh how much that old man cares about yoda warms my heart
54:15
"Babu should we fight too?"
"If we start fighting then who will watch this movie?"
Had me rollin on the floor🤣
SO understandeble🤣
I love that that was the problem he had with fighting
10:00 Raeen figures out more in the first scene than the entire Jedi Council could for 90% of the whole movie.
Ahahaah! The Jedi Council is just a joke! They've been with Yoda for mroe than 60 years, and they figured it out that he was just a puppet!
Wtf ??? Its not like any Jedi was there in this scene with Anakin and Palpatine. (Only obi wan but he was unconscious)
So ofc its easier for us, movie watchers, than the actual people in the movie to guess the plot ?!?!? God damn.
He recognised that "the chancellor is the culprit"! I love it! 🤣
@@gabrielesolletico6542 the problem with the jedi counsil is that they are just as torn apart by fear as anakin, they were right when they said that anakin would bring balance in the force, he will, but 30 years later. They felt for their own self-fulfilling prophecy.
50:39 Babu’s face full of worry for Padme because Anakin is going crazy talking nonsense 😭 its so wholesome
I love how much he cares for the people in films, and how he wants good people like Padme to be safe
For Babu, the Chancellor started the war in secret by playing both sides so he could take over the galaxy. The jedi stood in his way so he gave the cloned an order to kill all jedi since they had "betrayed the republic" by trying to arrest him. Anakin became his apprentices due to the Chancellor stating he can save Padme in child birth. Anakin was frustrated and angry with the Jedi while the chancellor treated him like a son so Anakin chose him over the right thing. The revenge of the sith was them destroying the jedi while simultaneously gaining control over the entire galaxy.
Think you have to re-write that in Indian/HIndi
He won't read it.

This old man is talking all the time about Anakin not listening his elders, while it was actually Anakin listening the wrong elder Palpatine who wanted to just manipulate Anakin for his own benefits, so you need to be careful always which elder your listening to.
I love how they pick up on the poetry that Lucas intended in his vision, like saying that Vader was a machine, as Obi Wan would later describe him "more machine than man" and Babu predicts that Anakins children would do great things and would Anakins son be the chosen one now that Anakin has fallen.
I love how they pick up on the themes as well as being blown away by the spectacle.
These videos are so pure, please don't stop them!
Exactly. It's always refreshing to see a non-American reaction to these films that isn't 'WEEEE LIGHTSABERS AND BOOM'
It's funny. Lesson learned - listen to elders. But in fact, Palpatine was also a senior. Logic breaks down when you are surrounded by two elders - one is bad, the other is good.
Guess Yoda counts as a super elder because of his age. :P
@@00Kuja00 True ^^. But.. what if the elder has become so old that he lost his mind? Do i still listen?
That's where a man has to listen to wisdom and make his own decision. Another thing is that Palpatine is _an_ elder, but the Jedi are _his_ elders. Anakin chose to become a Jedi. If he finds the Jedi to be bad elders, he should leave them. If he wanted to just serve Palpatine he should have left the Order and become his personal bodyguard. The Jedi may object to Anakin being a lackey with so much power to someone outside the order, but at that point it would no longer be within their rights to do anything about it.
There was a proper way to do what Anakin wanted to do. The root of Anakin's problems was he didn't decide which way he was going, trying to have all sides but only half-committed; putting himself in the position where betraying Windu was a strong temptation.
There's something to be said for knowing when you're no longer the person you say you are, and making that reality public with a job-change or faction-change, so that it doesn't come to a betrayal situation in the first place.
If someone can no longer trust you with their secrets, stop asking them to trust you and let them know you've got other priorities.
That's why Palpatine planned for this, he sent the droid army to attack Kashyyyk, knowing Yoda was friends with the Wookiees and drew Obiwan away with Grievous. Most of the Jedi Council was gone and Palpatine was easily older and more familiar to Anakin then the rest. Especially Mace Windu, who treated Anakin poorly. @@00Kuja00
@@luzifersohn5010 Was just a joke. Personaly I don't believe in a "master-apprentice" relationship. Though it would be wise to at least listen to others, old as well as young.

True words my friend, true words.
I love Babu's serious one liners all the time like, he's talking about Star Wars but seriously pushing back on the idea of redeeming Anakin.
"He killed many children, those children were also someone's children. So he must die."
15:48
"No not here"
"They start everywhere"

Babu making fun of Raeen for focusing on Padme was hilarious @1:10:07
Now he will focus on Leia 😎
😂😂😂
XD
🎶 The bees are humming, the flowers are blooming! 😃
He was making fun of him on focusing on Eowyn on LOTR too lol
When Annakin swears allegiance to Palpatine, the look of despair from both of you, were as if you had lost a dear friend, so immersed I almost expected tears. Very Compelling Indeed
So awesome to see their gradual realization that Palpatine was the real villain. Always really appreciate it when the movies are reacted to in this order without spoilers.
I love it how Babu teased him at the end about Padme that was hilarious. 😅
10:00
To be fair, Padme is damn beautifull and hot
"His child has also been born". I got chills when he said that. Such a great perspective.
Same!
i love the fact that they take the droids seriously in the elevator "oh no it's over"
I hope they have Badshah watch this one, either on or off camera, so that he can watch the remaining episodes with them. He definitely needs to watch it so that he is on the same page as the others. He would be lost in comparison if he doesn't watch it.
I wonder how they will tell him the story!!!
Agreed
He'll probably be late to the viewing 🤣
how would he be lost? the original trilogy was always meant to be seen by itself
@@doltBmB Not really ... in George Lucas's original handwritten drafts, he had intended "A New Hope" to be the sixth movie, not even just the fourth. So he never planned for the original trilogy to stand alone
1:09:24 its amazing how the old man is spot on, pretty sure i would not have guessed that if i saw the movies in this order.
Just that you know his name is Babu :-)
The power of Elders in the community. Something completely destroyed in the West, where no one ever mentions the need to listen to one's elders. All Western commentaries on this movie and the whole prequel trilogy is what you would expect from Marxist communists of the Frankfurt school: Oh it's everyone else who failed Anakin, the Jedi are responsible for Anakin becoming evil, the youth know better than the elders. What a complete inversion of reality, or a severe blindness in interpreting it.
Never clicked and liked so fast in my life!
Right there with ya!
Its so interesting seeing the reactions of people who know nothing of Star Wars, seeing these in the correct order.
I wish I could forget everything and start at Episode 1. The surprise and heartbreak when everything falls apart changes the entire experience.
Though it will take some of the mystery away from the original trilogy. 😁
I really hope they watch Rogue One before a New Hope.
@@gwoody4003 I prefer to watch prequels before the mvoies they predate. Because prequels are made with the original movie in mind, and therefore foreshadow the original, which is completely lost if you watch the prequel first.
@@BambinaSaldana yeah it changes the context and the entire experience.

@@bjax1983 same!
Yeah or Badsah can watch it again with someone else. I would love for him to still see it. He was looking forward to this.
I hope they'll know the other trilogy is way, way older.
@@xenotypos should be easily explained and understandable.
Revenge Of The Sith is my absolute favorite out of the prequels. The double climactic lightsaber duels that take place toward the end of the movie. Anakin Skywalker/Darth Vader VS Obi-Wan Kenobi on Mustafar and Yoda VS Emperor Palpatine on Coruscant in the Senate chamber are top notch across the board. Musical score, fight choreography, visual effects, audio effects and emotional impact. I give them all an A+.
The tragedy of a anakin is that he betrayed everyone to save padme and his betrayal is actually what caused her death.
"at what cost" . Padme apparently.
I am so excited if they start the original trilogy.
I want to see Babu's reaction to how the death star destroys the planet 😃
the sad thing is, that the most icons moment in movie history is now not special anymore to them. "I am your father..." others that would be my fav moment in the upcoming movie.@@michaelnewman7468

"Listen to your elders, like Babu"
*Babu roasts him for paying too much attention to Padme* XD
Their facial expressions at the opening battle’s visuals transcends language barriers.
It's crazy how, after only seeing 3 movies and in order they had such insightful guesses at the end.
They were pretty close on some deep truths.
"Always obey your elders." Unless your elder is the Chancellor or one of the villains...
just because one is an elder doesn't mean he is YOUR elder. big difference
Only sith deal with the absolute!
@@maxhadrian8680a statement that is also an absolute!
He means the Jedi elders. Think about where these men are from, he is using the more spiritual meaning of Elder than the way you are interpreting it. Its not just "people who are older"
you could tell how muh these guys were really into the story.. somewhere right before/during order 66, Babu says, "Its all gone so wrong!" Just about made me tear up! lol. Thinking about the whole story, it really was a pure tragedy. The Palpatie/Yoda fight gets to me more than even Anakin vs Obi-Wan, cause you gt this feeling of absolute desperation; if youda doesnt stop Palpatine HERE & NOW.. everything is lost..
The way Babu's eyes showed him being heartbroken by Anakin's fall and betrayal was what made me fearfull about them continuing this serie.
It's so nice to have them react with such honesty.
Congrats for Badshah's nephew's marriage !
Grievous arrives. Babu "Who the hell is he?"😂
48:04 "He killed many children, those children were also someone's children... So now he must die". A human sense of justice since the dawn of civilization.
"He planned and then he came"
Thats what we do, My brother.
I'm curious how they will feel about this series. Congratulations on Badshah's nephew's marriage!
Interesting tidbit for you; when Anakin is fighting Obi Wan, the music that is sung in the background is Sanskrit!
24:53 Babu doing an impression of Tarfful haha
I’ve never seen anyone watch this film with such genuine interest, they took in the settings, characters, and story as much as they could. These guys are so wise and observant compared to me, I just think “wow look at the pretty colors” the whole time 😅
That old guy is very wise. He figured out the whole story. I think they relate to Star Wars so much because Star Wars is kind of like a cautionary fable you might tell to kids when they are young. Think about it, warrior monks on the side of good fighting evil, prophecy, betrayal, turning to evil. If I was a kid, I wouldn’t let my my granddad leave until the story was done.
I’m so glad that Star Wars is such a human story that people from around the world can understand and enjoy!
This is just a testament of how universal Star Wars language really is. Awesome.
The roasting about Padme at the end was hilarious
It's so interesting watching someone experience a thing you've had your whole life for the first time. Its almost feels like seeing for the first time all over again.
Fax!
These guys are gonna LOVE when Anakin returns in return of the Jedi.
I've watched a fair amount of RotS reactions, and didn't know what to expect, but I'm amazed at how perceptive these guys are to the central underlying themes of the plot and how attuned they are to the dialogue, but also reading the subtext. I think this speaks to the skill of George as the creator to make something so universally understandable and enjoyable, and obviously speaks to the intelligence and social skills of these men. Thank you for uploading
"He killed someone else's children, now he must die" is beyond heavy but its the perfect truth of the situation. I'd say that counts as a correct prediction of the remaining events of the film. These guys are really impressive.
Dude, they called palpatine out while watching phantom menace. Then in the first 15 minutes of this they confirmed he was a "culprit". Guys are awesome
I am now interested to see how they react to the original trilogy, especially with them already knowing who Darth Vader is
Raeen is so smart! Talking about Anakin’s children being chosen ones also. Well done! Poor Babu looked down right as Obi-wan laser’s off Vader’s legs! I love these gentlemen 🩵💙🩵
You could tell the old guy was getting emotional at times. He was totally invested.
I think they’re more appreciative of the CGI and effects than fans were when this came out.
They must watch the next trilogy and explain how numbers 4, 5, and 6 was made in the 70s, excellent reactions and understanding of the future of the story... Good men
Yeah they should probably be told about this otherwise they think the original trilogy is a cheap knock-off.
59:35 was such a good prediction
I can't wait for you guys to watch Episodes 4, 5, and 6. You're going to really enjoy them!
Make sure your friend watches this movie to catch up, so he can join you.

@@Jizzlewobbwtfcus I used to think so, but I don't any more. My kids LOVE the prequels, and watching it in order it's an amazing experience. One gen-x'ers will never have.
@@ericheckenkamp6091 usually I support watching in release order but, one thing that bothers me is how much of a downer the end of Revenge of the Sith is. Like, do you want to conclude your experience of George Lucas' Star Wars story with a galactic celebration, and redemption, or a tragic fall and funeral? Lol
" if I get lost here, I'll never be found" 😂😂😂. That goes for all of us
I thought, they would at least recognize Vader as he was "born". But nothing. No.."AHHH I know this guy". Its amazing. I never thought there would be any beeing not AT LEAST knowing the icon himself. But i love it. It remembers me that there are places out there that live totaly diffrent. ty for this.
It was so horrible how much joy Sidious gained from watching Vader suffer in hearing Padme was dead. Then you understand the Sith logic, to truly joy suffering, suffering of all, suffering for suffering's sake
Babu and Raeen might be interested to know that the line 'I have a bad feeling about this' (or the Hindi equivalent) appears somewhere in every Star Wars film.
It's good to see Babr and Raeen maintain their interest in the series. They're definitely sharing the love of those of us who have known the films since 1977. Their shock at the murder of the Younglings is the same shock we all felt the first time we saw it.
Babu is so right when he says that Palpatine played on Anakin's fears to mislead him. For those of us who saw the next movie first, this film explained how Anakin became Darth Vader. and it set up the situation that was in place at the beginning of the next film.
I hope they like the next three films as much as they did the first three.

The emperor in his office after anakins turn always reminds me of a spider. It one of the few scenes where the characters and corouscant background have a meaningful correlation.
Its cool to hear how music trancends the language barrier, like no matter what language you speak you can feel the emotion
This is unrelated to movie, but I wanted to thank you so much for these videos. I was a teenager when 9/11 happened and ever since I get really anxious around people of middle eastern descent and I hate it. Your videos have been therapeutic in that you're showing me that these villagers and myself aren't so different. I greatly appreciate it.
9/11 was carried out by Israeli intelligence agents so they could pull the West into a war in the Middle East. Hundreds of Israeli intelligence agents were arrested and deported after the attacks. They claimed they were there to "document" the event. How did they know where to be?
They're Indian bro
I've never watched Star Wars properly, but this channel has made me start watching it(because I couldn't tell what was going on with the edited version). I've just watched ep 4,5,6 and 1; I can't wait to see them get to the 80's episodes.

This is where the fun begins.
this is one of the best reactions to EP III and I couldnt understand one word they said. But i enjiyed their enjoyment of a classic film now.
It's funny how we watch movies and we judge them very harshly. These gentlemen are looking for the meaning in the story and just enjoying the spectacle. It's nice to behold.
Episode 3 never ceases to break my heart. I love going in these journeys with you all 💙
I'm absolutely addicted to watching these reactions, it makes it wonderful to watch it again through them
They're so funny together, they tease each other a lot ! And very insightful too with the next movies ! Great reaction !

What a great interpretation of the movie. They possibly never knew about Star Wars and knew nothing of the stories. Such a wonderful fresh take. I love their insight and thoughts on this trilogy. Especially one thought about Anakin never being able to have his children on his lap. I’m looking forward to episode IV.

Impressive considering the delayed accessibility to all of this they have endured.
I'm wondering - are they watching the movies with subtitles in their own language? I think they must.
Love their reactions! What a unique perspective.❤
The story of this episode is about prophecy and how Anakin's FEAR of the future that he saw was exactly what caused that future to happen - if he hadn't done all the things he'd done to try to stop it, he wouldn't have hurt Padme, and she wouldn't have lost hope, and wouldn't have given up fighting to live.
Also, the bad Sith man Palpatine never wanted Shanti (Peace), he wanted Shakti (Power). I don't speak Hindi, so please forgive me if I made a mistake in translation
