I made this tonite along with your parmesan. really good!! Added extra garlic and some interesting finishing salt I have from Italy with hot peppers and citrus. Yours is very light compared to the cashew sauce one I typically make, yet filling!!
Oh my goodness, the idea of that combination has me drooooling! We often add sliced bell peppers and loads of lemon. I bet that kicked it up a few notches!!
I have some auditory processing issues and the background music and volume/softness of her speaking causes it to be a struggle to focus and separate the sounds. If the music was more in the background or her speaking volume was more distinct it would be so much easier. Or just adding captions would make it great, especially for the hard of hearing community. 🙂
The mayo makes all the difference in dairy free cream sauces. It's like a secret weapon. Once I started adding it to vegan alfredo and mac and cheese, my kids loved it whereas before those dishes were only so-so.

Going to try Sunday. More garlic and some mushrooms and broccoli garnish with crushed red pepper. So much easier recipe than I’ve found thus far
