I miss Sg food! Can't wait to be back in July. Will definitely visit Tiong Bahru where I spent the first six years of life, and enjoy a nice bowl of prawn noodles which I grew up eating almost every weekend.
You packed in a lot of food stops for just a short layover! Agree with you 1000% - there’s something special about Singapore’s Hainanese chicken and rice! So good!
I loved Singapore I stayed for one month, and loved all their specialty dishes, especially the chili crab and they’re steam chicken over rice was their signature dish and the Ramen noodles and the homemade steamed dumplings. Everything was delicious. I took a boat ride up the canal at the Quay and shopped at all the little shops, and went to Chimes to Sunday Mass there, such beautiful church very special place. I can’t wait to go back.
That’s awesome and sounds like you had a wonderful time! People often say you don’t need more than 3 days in Singapore if you’re visiting. If you’re a foodie though, you can stay way longer than that and still wish you had more time 😀
The pleasure was mine and thank you for watching. I know I just scratched the surface and there are many more foods I’ve yet to cover. More videos in the future 😀
@@fomoyolotravel Better that you did before than never, and I presume some attractive opportunities took you to where you are now. Plus, you never know what tomorrow may bring. All the best!
This is a good video and I love the way you introduced Duxton Hill and Tanjong Pagar, Maxwell hawker Centre and Chinatown area because I just went to explore that area last 2 weeks and ate at the Great Nanyang Cafe too. Food was delicious! Wish you and your family had a great time. Stay safe and have fun! ❤
Thank you for watching and for the nice words! 🙏🏻 It’s always a treat for me to come back to Singapore. The other food options on the menu at Great Nanyang looked delicious too!

Tian Tian is more popular amongst the tourists. Majority in the queue are tourists as there are many more good chicken rice options and cheaper than Tian Tian.😊 You have actually packed quite a lot in your stopover.
@@fomoyolotravelTian Tian is too commercialised now due to their busy business. They have cut off supply for garlic ginger sauce, dark soy sauce and chicken soup which are the soul of chicken rice.
