I cried for hours after watching this for the first time, when the 1.0 servers shut down. The end of 1.0 was done wonderfully. Server shut down, then immediately showed this to all the players.
Sometimes I feel like comments like this must be exaggeration but whenever I see the trailer, it makes me rather emotional as well, and I've played neither FF14 1.0 nor 2.0. I can only imagine what it was like to be there.
@Fuhe Yu the moon was a actually in the sky in-game for weeks leading up to the shutdown. Getting bigger and angrier each week. And a soft, tonal, version of "answers" was played in every zone the day of the shutdown, right up till we all saw that video (up to the 7:03 mark). Then were booted from the server with a message from the devs saying "we will be back".
hello fellow 1.0 player! Yes, I fought in the Battle of Cartenau, the battle at the beginning of the trailer. That's where I was when the servers went down and the cinematic played. Very emotional, still get teary eyed whenever i watch it.
i mean yoshi-p absolutely freaking hated 1.0 so i wasn't surprised by the fact that he didn't just want to burn it to the ground, he wanted to nuke it from orbit. but the way he did it is so amazing that even 10 years after the nuclear fallout of 1.0 the cinematic trailer of ARR is still mind blowing new players to this day.
@@chloekaftan I'm just amazed that they actually put so much work into closing the game. Most triple As either quietly brush their failures under the carpet or milk a shrinking playerbase until people finally leave. Squeenix said screw that jazz, we owe them a proper ending.
It’s funny, a lot of WoW players will say the game ended the day Deathwing razed the game world. For FFXIV, the game only began once Bahamut did the same.
One thing that isn't clear in the trailer is that there's a 5 year timeskip in between Bahamut destroying stuff and the 5 people reappearing in the forest. The person with the axe is representative of the player and features in every trailer. When 1.0 shut down we were only shown the first part with Bahamut winning and the "player" warped away. It was later when 2.0 was ready to be shown that the second part got revealed and it was explained that there will be a timeskip and that for an unknown reason a lot of the vegetation in the destroyed regions started growing back at an increased rate. The old man teleporting us to safety and smiling as the destruction overtakes him is Louisoix Leveilleur, the founder of a group of people who helped the players throughout the 1.0 journey in an attempt to stop the red moon from falling. Other members of the group feature in the trailer praying for the power to stop Bahamut and later doing stuff in the 5 year later part. If you were a 1.0 player, or legacy player, and you finished a certain quest in 1.0 you would end up in the middle of the forest just like in the cinematic and get special cutscenes throughout the game involving people recognising you from 5 years ago. you also get a back tattoo and a special mount.
@@UltimaKeyMaster ikr... Shadowbringers casts a whole new light (ironically) on the 7th Umbral Calamity, what happened there and there repercussions of it.
@@Pfromm007 Counterpoint because I'm bored: They were Level 50 for playing like it was FF11, not Level 50 for playing like it's WoW. ;P You take an FF11 character and drop them in Eorzea, they die in seconds.
The group of Master Louisoix was called the *"Circle of Knowing",* and was the predecessor to what would become the Scions of the Seventh Dawn. All of the members of the Circle of Knowing were famously vaunted Archons of the legendary city of Sharlayan, and you can find nearly all of these Archons in the Seventh Dawn (Y'shtola, Urianger, Thancred, Yda, Papalymo). While Moenbryda left for Sharlayan, and Louisoix's close friend Rammbroes founded the *"Organization of the Sons of Saint Coinach"* after the war. Edit: keep this spoiler free please.
The small little details. The warrior with the great axe in the trailer is the official stand in for the player character. At the end, the chocobo he whistles for is the Legacy Chocobo all the legacy players got for being subbed during the "dark times" of 1.0. You can tell by the winged metal helm, black etching on its beak and the black tipped feathers.
Hmm, did you need to be subbed for the entirety of 1.0 to get it? I've got the legacy tattoo (*peers at 1.0 CE on shelf*) but I didn't really PLAY 1.0 much because it was, well... awful. Don't have the chocobo.
@@nicholaswhitfield9341 you just needed to be subbed during the 1.0 era for a span of I think 3 months or just before the end of the game’s lifetime There was one set of rewards and another set of rewards with the mount being tied to the bigger investment

Welcome to Eorzea! :D Don't beat yourself up about joining at this point-- it's one of the best possible times to get into the game. You have years of steady Quality of Life updates that have made the game the best they've ever been, and years of content you take at your own pace. And that's the best advice anyone who loves the game can give you: do what you want to do, when you want to do it. There's a whooooole lot of greatness just waiting. Other unsolicited advice: Consider a DPS job for your first time through. It'll let you soak in the dungeons and duties without having a bunch of responsibility for the rest of the group. But most of all: ENJOY!
I actually love tanking in other mmos, but I don't know how the tanking role works. Thanks for welcoming me!! I'll take my time having (hopefully) a blast in eorzea and I'll report back!
@@Chitor tanking isn't difficult, and it's great fun. however, when you're new, you'll run into *some* players that very much feel you should be tanking how they want you to tank (how many mobs to pull, speed you maintaining, etc). Most of the community is very friendly. but tanks have a lot of responsibility attached in ffxiv. I know you mentioned Paladin, so if you decide you want to tank and go for Pally, check out the gladiator class when you're making your character! At level 30 it will become a Paladin :D Threw a subscribe your way. Hope you update us with your thoughts on the game and how you're enjoying it. Best of luck!
I was a healer main before I switched to tanking, and the community is usually pretty welcoming of new players. If you just tell them "Hey I'm new to tanking" everyone generally understands and will even help explain how things work. Regardless, go and do what you like! There's plenty to do haha
@@Chitor Welcome to the community! As a tank who came from other MMO's (Mainly EQ, WoW, SWToR, LOTRO, and a few others) you won't have difficulty adapting except in two areas that I struggled with: - Everyone is expected to contribute their share of DPS. We often say there's red DPS (Actual DPS Classes), BLue DPS (Tanks), and Green DPS (Healers). So you'll want to learn your rotations and such to put out decent damage. It's not like it's a huge competition or race, no one will be checking you via a meter in each group or anything silly. BUt it's just part of the game. - Your cooldowns are for regular use with some exceptions, not just "Oh S***" buttons. So even on trash pulls, you'll want to rotate your defensive cooldowns to lower income damage, which leaves the healers free to contribute more DPS themselves since they have to heal less (See point 1). When I first started, I hoarded my Cooldowns for Tankbusters and was taking so much more damage than I needed to until I learned how the dynamic in XIV differs. You'll do fine however, don't sweat it. Welcome again!
Protip for you: Don't watch ANY OTHER EXPANSION TRAILERS! Wait until you completely finish all the content before the start of an expansion (including the post-expac story) before watching the following expansions trailer. They tend to be extremely spoiler-heavy. Especially Heavensward.
@nyuszicsib They should the previous story. The Heavensward full trailer directly shows a very, very critical event from the end of the ARR patches, for instance.
In 1.0 the "moon" actually looked bigger as patches came and in the final patch the moon was huge and red and players were fighting monsters that were invading cities. When the servers shutdown this trailer played. The first part is the ending of 1.0 and the second part is the start of 2.0.
To add on, granted months later, some things that players did during that 1.0 apocalypse are lore now. The mentioned Great Gabbu Wall in game was a thing players did. They formed a wall of gabbu mounts in front of Ul'dah while devs spawned stronger and stronger monsters to combat with players. Most servers made a gabbu wall, but apparently a few without that many of the mount settled on a chocobo wall. There's a few other things here and there, but things the players did also wound up in lore.
FFXIV devs always say they respect WoW a lot and said without it, XIV wouldn't exist, I think that's fair, the game paved the way forMMORPGS as a whole but now... well, what you said.
What, you don't agree with the dev who said, in front of a full audience "You think you want that, but you don't"? Blizzard straight up telling WoW players that Blizzard will decide what they want to play, not the players.
"What happened?" This is a good question! And the answer lies in the Coils of Bahamut raid! Welcome to the party man :D Things I can tell you off the bat - If you tank in WoW, you won't be too far off when it comes to tanking in FFXIV. Only real difference is that it's good to use cooldowns with a bit more frequency rather than only in emergencies, as you get so many you can rotate it so you almost always have something up keeping you going. Marauder and Gladiator are the starting tanks, but dark knight and gunbreaker are unlocked to change to at later levels. For the briefest overview of each: Gladiator: Becomes paladin at 30. Has the pally-bubble from wow, and is the only tank with a true healing spell. Marauder: Becomes warrior at 30. Beefy HP tank with a very burst-focussed DPS rotation. If you like big numbers, this is your guy. Dark knight: Unlockable at the first expansion, uses a greatsword, really good magic mitigation and has a great personal shield ability. Feels "meaty" in combat with those massive sword swings. Gunbreaker: Unlockable at level 60, uses a gun-sword. The fast-paced tank that feels like a dps rotation, good fun. I reccomend not watching the other trailers for the expansions until you reach them, as they show off elements of the story for players who were waiting when they first came out, especially the heavensward one which even comes with a spoiler warning for that reason. Don't worry about meta. Due to FFXIV not using specs or talents (You wont miss them) , they can very closely balance every class in the game, literally all of them are viable in all content, so its all about what you like the look and feel of. Combat will feel slow at first as a veteran MMO player, but it's done that way to ease in new players, and it wont be too long before you're weaving several abilities between cooldowns at a more WOW-like combat pace. Final note: Everyone is a DPS in final fantasy. Tanks are DPS that take hits, your mitigation is both to keep you alive, and to save your healers from healing you as much as possible. Because the healers are dps! The less they heal you, the more they can attack, and they do serious damage too.
If you're a big FF fan then this game is essentially the theme park of every game and will include some form of reference to prior games. Some more than others and the music is amazing and really tugs at the heart strings. I hope you have fun!
Yup, it’s excellent for nostalgia. Every FF that came before it is referenced, and even the one that came after it with ffxv. Hell even some none ff references are in it like Monster Hunter and Nier. They even teamed up with Yoko Taro to do a 3 raid scenario which are fking excellent!
@@kabrozkabroz more than a reference, Ivalice and Dalamcia are a part of lore and relic quest lol. It’s a fantastic arc and some of fan favorites make appearances.
@@aeolussvichi7680 Oh yeah I know, but I am waiting to see how much of FF12 is in FF14. I'd love to find out that that they decided to adapt the entire FF12 story into a sub-plot of FF14, or at least all the lore of it. That would be sooo awesome because FF12 was my first Final Fantasy game.
I know this is old, but this is one of the greatest pieces of video game animation of all time and it still makes me emotional every time, so gonna answer some questions! 2:07 It's a moon-sized prison containing Bahamut, a giant world-ending "Primal". He was imprisoned by an ancient race and the Garleans (darth vader guys) accidentally freed him. They didn't know that Bahamut was imprisoned inside and simply tried to smash the moon into the planet. 6:00 The world's most powerful magicians try to re-imprison Bahamut with magic, but they're not able to. Bahamut breaks the spell then starts to charge a Flare attack, they increase in power like Megaflare, Gigaflare, Teraflare etc but this is beyond anything any non-Bahamut can do. Louisoix knows that they've lost, so he time-skips the heroes (Warriors of Light representing the in-game classes) 5 years into the future and sacrifices himself in the process, hence his smile; he knows at least there's still a chance that the Garlean Empire will be defeated. In the full cutscene released with FF14: A Realm Reborn's launch, it's revealed that Louisoix isn't killed by Bahamut; he channels enough magic through himself that he becomes another Primal, Phoenix, and defeats Bahamut by literally spearing himself through Bahamut's chest. The magical overload then destroys Louisoix and spreads magical Aether back into the world. This is what causes the enormous crystal shown at the end of the trailer. In FF14:ARR Bahamut's corpse is a sequence of playable dungeons with a super interesting story revealing some of the history of the Calamity.
Gladiator will evolve into paladin. Great thing if you don't like paladin: you can have all jobs on 1 character so try them all and see which suits you best
To add on to this: when you level up your "alt" classes, you get a huge xp boost for everything that's not your highest-level-class. So if you have a lvl 50 paladin, and decide you want to try out a new class, you get a huge xp bonus (I think it's +100%?). If you then switch to your lvl 49 white mage, you still get that bonus until it also hits lvl 50 (assuming you don't lvl up paladin again). So if at any point you decide you want to try a new class either just for fun, or because you're just not feeling your current main, switching is VERY easy!
As an FFXIV player, I will say this. As long as you had fun playing a game, the time was never wasted. If you play FFXIV you will hopefully enjoy it, and even though WoW and Blizzard have made some questionably turns as of late, that doesn’t change how monumental and good it was before all of that. Welcome!
Meet Bahamut. Our version of Deathwing with one particularly major difference: Deathwing has a wingspan of 365m. Bahamut has an approximate wingspan of 12.88km
Quick thing, since you seemed to be confused at the teleportation part of the trailer, FFXIV 1.0 was a trainwreck, it was terrible. The start of the ARR trailer is part of the 1.0 ending cutscene, a video that played before servers went offline leading into 2.0, or as it would soon be called A Realm Reborn. ARR takes place after these events, and the cutscene has a bit extra that isn't shown in this trailer including the old man's (Louisoix's) fate. Another thing, The moon like thing is called Dalamud, it was one of Eorzea's two moons (Alongside Menphina) and also cage to the beast Bahamut. In the patches leading up to the close of the game, Dalamud grew larger and changed to a red color. There is a lot of story stuff wrapped up in there so I hope you're enjoying it all!
There's a second half to the opening cinematic in coils of behumut, that goes past the point of the smiling old guy after teleporting the heroes away. Not sure if you've seen it yet.
Don't watch any cinematic other than this because the others have heavy spoilers of the main story. so play the game up until main story quest level 51 then watch the Heavensward expansion cinematic. remember the character level and MSQ level ( main story quest) are different. you can easily be level 56 character and still be at level 36 main story quest.
I mean it has a really good free trail up until and all of the content of heavensard, and they are expanding the free trail to include all of stormblood so basically you get a full game and 2 expansions to try the game for free.
Bit of info, the Warrior of Light got teleported 5 years into the future where Eorzea is still dealing with the after effects of the Calamity. If you had played 1.0 for a certain number of time, there are certain scenes throughout 2.0, the base story, where people recognize you as the WoL. These are legacy cutscenes and can be found on UA-cam if you're interested but make sure to play through 2.0 first before you do. If you havent played 1.0, you get the generic fresh start as an aspiring adventurer As for what fits you, the great part about the game is that you can be literally everything on one character. If Paladin doesn't fit you, you got plenty of other options to choose from. All the jobs in ARR start out as base classes, so in Paladin's case, it would he Gladiator but upgrades when you complete the level 30 class quest and have gotten to a certain point in the MSQ. Do NOT watch the other trailers for the expansions, Heavensward in particular as that one has heavy story spoilers in it right out the gate. Those are saved for when you've completely finished the story of what you're doing and you'll know when you get to those points as the game has 2 separate credit sequences, 1 after beating the base story and another after beating all of the post story added in through patches
There are some videos on YT where people are just standing around together, waiting for the world to end, with an eery rendition of Answers replacing all the background music.
If you want to learn more about what happened in the trailer, make sure to run Coil of Bahamut. Coil of Bahamut is a 8-man lvl 50 raid. You can either undersize it (level won't be synced so a max level can help you easily) or synced (max level will be synced down to lvl 50).
Honestly, I cried watching your reaction! I was moved because I reacted exactly the same way you did when I saw them for the first time, several years have passed now ... I hope you can play and have fun in this WONDERFUL game! And I hope you also react to the next trailers of the various expansions (when you get there of course because they include spoilers!)
2 more years and it still gets me! Nobuo Uematsu is the greatest composer of video game scores there's ever been, and I think it's the use of scale in the trailer too; the sheer size of Bahamut and the amount of destruction compared to the two armies that seem insignificant when you have to zoom out so far to even see Dalamud and Bahamut above them. A city that players spent hours, days, months exploring and getting to know, meeting NPCs and learning their stories... Levelled in seconds as if Bahamut doesn't even notice it. The only people who can really see what's going on are the world leaders from the top of a mountain towering over the battlefield. They really nailed the scale of what's happening which helps the emotional impact. Even the term 'calamity' carries so much weight. It doesn't really mean the same thing as the war or even Bahamut himself, it's just so *sad* that the Garleans wanted to conquer the world and accidentally destroyed it.
Take your time to slowly progress the game. There's literally no reason to rush the game because the game experience build on your journey without worry falling off or any other concern.
A good and quick recommendation, pick what you think looks cool. All the classes are balanced to make them viable, and to be "good" you just have to be good at the class you choose which is all based on aesthetics imo, but there are other factors. Welcome to Eorzea and hope you enjoy.
If you succeeded in clearing Rivenroad and the "Final Prayer" quest in 1.X and transferred your character over to ARR you got a special character intro like in the cinematic where you get teleported, you also got a special tatoo on your back. One character can play all classes/job so you can always try each out to see what you like.
As soon as you mentioned FF9 I knew you were going to love this game. It's a Final Fantasy game first and foremost. It has all of the beautiful storytelling you've come to expect from the FF franchise and in my opinion it isn't just the best FF story I've ever played through, but the expansions are actually the greatest and best stories I have ever played through in a video game. Period. Actually, it's even in the top of my short list for greatest fiction stories. After playing for some time I had the same reaction you did. I sort of beat myself up for not trying it sooner than 2018. You can play a Pally in 14. It's a tank. If you don't like it, pick up another job. You can level every single combat, crafting, and gathering job on the same character. No need for alts. Someone mentioned the Larryzaur video called basically which job... and it is a good guide. There are some jobs that you can only pick up at later levels like Dark Knight, Samurai, Machinist, etc. So, if you play all the way to level 50 as a Paladin tank, and you decide that's not for you, then you could jump to DPS as a Samurai since it starts at level 50 you wouldn't be starting over fresh. The best advice I can give you is that ALL classes are viable and useful in endgame meta. You don't have to worry about Guardian Druid being better than Warrior for a raid tier like you would in WoW. If you like the look of a class and the role it plays pick it up and enjoy it without worrying about meta. Some folks will warn you that the 2.5 second global cool down makes the game feel slow. Coming from WoW, I really didn't notice this too much since you level fairly quickly in the beginning and you're learning a new game. Some folks will also warn you that the story in A Realm Reborn is slow, tedious and grindy. In my experience, it was fine for ARR 2.0 until 2.1 at which time it felt very slow to me. But that was several years ago. They have removed some 100 quests from the post A Realm Reborn storylines, what we refer to as 2.X. My wife started playing in late May and I have watched her and helped her as I can and I must say, the story moves along pretty nicely now so you may not find it grindy at all. I think the FF14 community just wants to temper new folks expectations somewhat so they stick with the game but you may not find it slow at all. The community is great. They mean well. And to be fair, the first expansion, Heavensward is a damn fine story. The community will warn you about spoilers, and it's a legit concern. I don't know how you view spoilers - some folks don't mind knowing Vader is Luke's father before they see Empire Strikes Back, and some do! I will suggest, though, that you do not buy a story skip. FF14 is not like WoW. In WoW, the story is an afterthought and the leveling process is merely a means to funnel you to end game where Blizzard believes the "real" game starts. FF14 is very much bout the story. Yes, the endgame is great, full of raids, big old boss fights, etc. but the narrative is almost sacred. By that I mean everyone experiences the exact same story progression. in WoW you're used to everyone having different narrative backgrounds. As a long time vet, you experienced the Legion and Lich King. To someone who just started playing in Shadowlands, they experienced being on an Island then moving to BfA or some other expansion. They didn't start in Kalimdor and explore it like we did back in the day. In FF14, the Main Scenario Quest (MSQ) binds all players together with a shared history. You don't need to be in a rush. You have months before the new expansion drops and can complete the MSQ before November gets here. As I wind down a long and boring post full of unsolicited advice (sorry about that!) I welcome you to the community. Early on in the tutorial the game will mention the sprout icon above your head. It lets people know you are a new player. Don't worry! You can keep it turned on. Most experienced players love helping sprouts! I know you are coming from WoW where if you tell people that you are new to a raid they'll vote-kick you. Don't be afraid to let people know you are new to a dungeon or raid or any content because people will definitely try and help. Yes, you can run into a few toxic idiots once in a while, but it is generally few and far between. I can count the toxic experiences I have had on one hand. I look forward to seeing your future videos on your progress. I looked you up on Twitch. If you're new, you might consider streaming your experience. We love WoW vets trying the game out, so feel free to post that in your stream descriptions! Also, Subscribed here! Good luck and have fun!!
I just came here after finishing A Realm Reborn to see what people say about the music. Usually I'm not a fan of music with that much pathos, but it really touched me during the ending credits, and it fits the trailer equally well. Very well done.
You have a load more epic music to come in the later expansions. I'll not spoil anything, but if you thought this was amazing, just wait... I doubt you're going to be disappointed.
The real test is if a WoW player's heart strings can be pulled. If there is one thing you will learn in this game, it's hope. And not empty star wars hope. The kind of hope that sticks it's bloody claws in you and makes you question what you've always been taught about good vs evil.

Keep in mind you can level every class/job on your one character. So don't worry about picking the right class off the bat, stop by the class trainers and try them all. The first class does determine which of the 3 main city you start in, Paladin job is the gladiator class which starts in Ul'dah.
Thats a cutscene that plays when you progress the Coils of Bahamut raid story. If he plans on playing id rather him see it that way as its way more rewarding and has alot more details on what actually happened.
You should watch the final moments of 1.0 (any video) some time later. When you know the characters from playing 2.0 content, when you learn what was happening right before the Calamity (mobs attacking the cities, the ambient roar throughout the map, players launching fireworks minutes before the shutdown, etc.), this trailer, being played inside the game right after the shutdown, hits so much different. I wasn't there to experience it live, but it hooked me up so hard on FF14, though I never played neither MMOs nor Final Fantasy games.
The players were teleported out of the 1.0 world and into the 2.0 world. Also, if you want to know what happened after the fade-to-white, and why the world still exists, play through the Coils of Bahamut raid series that are unlocked after you clear the main story for 2.0. Asmongold played through them a few days ago, and he was blown away by the story and fights. (He went in minimum item level and no echo, basically how players would have fought it back in the day. That earned him some mayor brownie points from the FFXIV community, and probably a lot of new subs.)
you can literally pick whatever job you want. try them out, see if they fit and find one that works for you. you don't get locked into a job like with other mmos so you can play all of them on one character
Welcome! In 14 by all means you can spend time to work out what class you want to run, but because you can switch to any job outside of combat, you don't need to be restricted to one job. There are the initial ones you can pick from, then there are patch/expansion jobs that are unlocked once you get to certain parts and often don't start at level 1 saving some time leveling them: Rouge/Ninja (needs level 10 or15 based on starting city) starts at level 1, Dark Knight,Astrologian,Machinist (start heavensward) starts at level 30, Samurai,Red Mage (needs level 50) starts at level 50 Dancer,Gunbreaker (needs level 60) starts at level 60 ** Reaper,Sage (Not yet released, coming out in 6.0 in November, probably needs level 70) stats at level 70. I for one started as a archer, got to level 16 and didn't want to wait on DPS queues, so switched to a healer, and mained white mage for a few years untill dancer was released and played that mostly since. There are a couple I dislike and don't play, but for me I choose to gradually level most jobs up and play them to various degrees. Watching videos on classes probably doesn't do a lot of them justice, it is probably best to just try each one out a little and get a feel for them yourself. There are 'deep dungeons' that let you try a class out at level 50 or 60 without needing to level them that far (to get a proper feel for the job) but that's a totally separate topic I won't comment too much on.
Please do a series of videos detailing your journey, like as a journal for us to see and watch how things go. I subscribed to you, finding you via this video. I hope to see you walk along, in the Light of the Crystal, my friend! Welcome to Eorzea! Also, as a side note, Tanking in my opinion is satisfying. Paladins are a good strong tanking class. the combat cooldown is slower, for a good reason, giving you plenty of nonglobal cooldown abilities to weave in between 'beats' of combat. Flow from strike to strike, spell to spell.
Same here. It's what sold me on applying for the closed beta, too. Did you make it to one of the orchestral concerts a couple years back? Went to the one in Dortmund, Germany, and I swear the hall became a couple degrees cooler when this played. I got goose bumps.
A bit of lore for you (sorry if it has been said before): The first version of the game was a disaster and they decided to reboot it. They did so cannonically with Dalamud, the red moon, being brought down by the Garleans (the Darth Vader style villains). You could see in game, with each patch, the moon getting larger and larger in the sky. On the last patch, it was taking a huge place in the sky, no atmospherical music was played and you could hear the lady you hear in the trailer singing in the distance. When the servers shut down, the first part of this trailer was played. Players didn't know what was inside Dalamud (and you guessed it right, it's Bahamut) The old man is Louisoix, a powerful mage. He's trying, with the prayers of people, to lock away Bahamut again and fail. He did teleport them, but not somewhere else. He teleported everyone 5 years after the Calamity. Players who had played the 1.0 version could start their ARR adventure with their 1.0 character and had a special starting cutscene showing their character being teleported just like the group you see in the trailer. The main characters had no memories of your 1.0 character up until the end of ARR.
As a fellow paladin of 15 years in wow: Prot pally -> Paladin in FF14 Ret -> Dragoon or Samurai Holy -> White Mage You'd probably end up levelling multiple classes anyway, since it is only a click to swap classes and gear sets.
Two things to add, first about the concepts of alts. You don't really need alts in FFXIV, your character can max out every single class, both combat and crafting/gathering sides, so you don't need alts to try out other classes, the only things you would need alts for is to have a different race, which is purely aesthetic, or to play the very early parts of the main quest, I think its like 5 quests that are different depending on which city-state you start in. The second is that the free trial is unlimited time to the end of the first major expansion, Heavensward, there are some things that you can't do while in trial mode, so it plays more like a standard RPG than it would for a subscription account, note that you can't switch between trial and paying, once you start a proper account that's it.
I can’t even count how many times I’ve watched this trailer and peoples reactions to it, still gives me chills at parts, especially knowing all the history behind it. It’s so well done. Also it’s cool to not be keen on the Lalas, no body is…except other Lalas.
Watch the video Final Fantasy XIV 1.0 in a nutshell and watch a video of Final Fantasy XIV 1.0 shutdown last minutes in the game during the Calamity event. In terms of timeline you start the game after the Shutdown of FF14 1.0 which was completely deleted and destroyed. to remake the game into a much better game which is now FF14 2.0 A Realm Reborn. Yes the Calamity is literally the original version Final Fantasy 14 getting completely destroyed they made the complete destruction of everything they worked on in FF14 1.0 part of the Lore.
There's an extended portion of the first cutscene that shows directly what happens after Louisioux passes, of course you should only watch it after completing the ARR Raid series, The Coils of Bahamut.
Welcome to Eorzea! Basically there are two tank classes to start (Gladiator: Sword and Shield, becomes Paladin; Marauder: Two-Handed Axe, becomes Warrior) ONE healer class (Conjurer: Wields sticks/wands and staves, becomes White Mage) two magic DPS classes (Thaumaturge: Wields more sticks, becomes Black Mage; Arcanist: Hits baddies with a book; becomes Summoner AS WELL AS the second healer job, Scholar. It’s complicated) one physical ranged class (Archer: Bows, becomes Bard) and two melee DPS classes (Lancer: Spears, becomes Dragoon; Pugilist: Uses D&D “Monk” weapons like metal knuckles, Tonfa, claws, etc, turns into Monk). There are other jobs you can open later such as Rogue (Uses daggers, opens at level 10, becomes Ninja) Machinist (Uses a gun, opens at level 30) or Red Mage (Uses a small sword, opens at 50). Best thing is, you can change jobs whenever you feel like it. So you’re not locked into playing one job forever!
Welcome to FFXIV. To be honest, it would take a whole essay trying to outline the jobs. But the shortish answer is if you want to tank, you'll want to go with Marauder or Gladiator. As quite a few people have stated, you can play all jobs on a single character after you complete the level 10 job quest. That includes all gatherer and crafter jobs - or what people refer to as an "omni-crafter". Here's a summary of the starting jobs, where they start, and what they can evolve into after completing the level 30 job quests: Marauder turns into Warrior. Role is tank. Starting city is Limsa Lominsa. Gladiator turns into Paladin. Role is tank. Starting city is Ul'dah. Pugilist turns into Monk. Role is physical melee dps. Starting city is Ul'dah. Rogue turns into Ninja. Role is physical melee dps. Starting city is Limsa Lominsa. Lancer turns into Dragoon. Role is physical melee dps. Starting city is Gridania. Archer turns into spoony Bard. Role is ranged physical dps. Starting city is Gridania. Thurmaturge turns into Black Mage. Role is caster dps. Starting city is Ul'dah. Conjurer turns into White Mage. Role is healer. Starting city is Gridania. Arcanist turns into both Summoner & Scholar. Summoner is caster pet dps. Scholar is discipline priest with a healing pet. (Experience earned on either Summoner or Scholar applies to both jobs). Starting city is Limsa Lominsa. The only thing to note is that the job is what determines your starting city.
Better late than Never dude, Enjoy your stay in Eorzea, may your gil be plenty and your adventures numerous. That trailer with the music gets me everytime. Good Luck
If you plan to play the game, I highly, highly, HIGHLY recommend you do NOT watch the other cinematic trailers until you have finished each expansion and their subsequent patches. There will be spoilers in them and also the context of these spoilers will add a lot of weight to each new expansion trailer when you watch then right before starting the new expansion.
3 years later im positive he's finished Endwalker but just in case he hasnt or any of you havent spoilers! The lines hit me so hard these days "No more shall man have wings to bear him unto paradise, henceforth, he shall walk" And even more amazing, is the song answers "Thou must Live, Die, and Know." The great answer to The Great question borne upon a songbird's wings.
This is an in-game cinematic event known as the Calamity of Final fantasy 14 1.0 ... 😭 it starts with a view of Bahamut's orb in the sky as city raids play out after the orb comes into clearer view the fighting is no longer happening and ever player stopped what they were doing and head to the mountains to watch "why are we just standing around shouldn't we do something" "there isn't much left we can do but stand here and wait for death" "there must be something we can do" "like what all the beastmen have left the cities and there is nothing we can do to stop that thing" silence for a few moments "I'm sorry I just wish there was more we could do" "yeah everyone of us wish that" more silence "We my friends tonight we dine in hell!" Then Cinematic event plays
It can be a little confusing on what's going on when everyone vanishes before Bahamut's attack, but it's explained in game through the Binding Coils of Bahamut that unlock at level 50 or so in ARR. Get there and run them and everything will become clear, you'll understand the full scope of what's happened and what it means.
Welcome to Eorzea, my friend. There are no "wrong" classes, just ones that might feel better than others. Fortunately, you can try them all out on one toon. That's not only an option, but encouraged and rewarded. Be patient with ARR as it has parts that can drag, but overall, it's a love-song to FF players, new and old. You mentioned IX and Tactics, so I think you're in for a treat :) Please look forward to it!
The events of the trailer are explained in game throughout the main story, but the 2.0 raid tier storyline expanded in more detail what happened. You'll have to play through that once you finish 2.0 and get into the patch content.
Not sure if someone mentioned this already but the main trailer characters were sent forward in time. That battle with the moon falling was the literal end of the original version of the game, and they landed in the relaunch realm 5 years in the future. Hence, A Realm Reborn.
Im sure others have already said this, but that cinimatic, up to the 7:03 mark, is the "last" thing us 1.0 players saw befor getting kicked from the servers and seeing a message from the devs saying "we will be back" when 1.0 was shut down. That video, and the song "Answers" will forevermore ALWAYS give me chills and feels. Everything 'after' the 7:03 mark was added as the "oppening" of FFXIV 2.0, Also known as "A Realm Reborn", when the devs kept their promis and re-launched the game after having given it a massive rework. Ps. Welcome home to Eorzea (when you start playing) ❤
Idk if he noticed, but I love the little touch they did, giving Derplander the Legacy Chocobo (for those unaware it was only given to 1.0 characters who were subbed during the 1.x disaster for x amount of days). Overall I highly suggest for Chitor to look into 1.x story & also its dev history a bit (shameless promo for Speaker's Network's Fall & Rise series). I think aside from the game just being a gem, many of us knowing the history just appreciate it and our hardworking devs so much more as well.
@@masha8770Not sure if i have the special chocobo or not, but i do have the "i had a moon dropped on my head, then kicked by a grumpy dragon" tattoo on my characters back, and my 1.0 characters name in the credits. Sadly didnt progress the msq of 1.0 enough to get the special cutsceenes :(
I remember watching this trailer back when it first dropped (I didn't play 1.0, but my girlfriend at the time did, so I was at least familiar with it). I've watched it countless times since, and every time (including just now), it gives me goosebumps. Truly an amazing work of art from Square Enix.
Welcome welcome! There are *lots* of excellent job guides and tips for beginners! I particularly like Zepla as a content creator and find her videos quite helpful; but lately, a lot of new players have been posting their own tips and tricks as they've been progressing through the game from their own perspective-- what they learned as new players and wish they'd known before! Albsterz, Krojak, Quazii, and more! Paladin (PLD) does exist, and it is a tank class/job! If you're comfortable tanking in other MMOs/games, this game should be fairly decent to tank in and PLD is a GREAT start for its ease of play, skills, and utility! The most important thing to remember for a tank in this game is to *turn on your tank stance* to generate enmity (hate/aggro)! Always check to be sure that skill is on, and so long as it is and you are AoEing enemies/hitting them consistently, you should have no trouble holding aggro! I won't go into too much detail for now except to say-- don't hesitate to ask for assistance and to look at Final Fantasy content creators' work. The community, by and large, is exquisitely helpful and welcoming, and we look forward to having you with us! All the best and enjoy!
Oh uh, just in case you want to know what happened with bahamut there, once you get the MSQ for 2.0 done and the credits roll, you unlock access to the raid content, and the raids for ARR were all about Bahamut. They're a bit considerably hard than most of the later "Normal Mode" raids, to the point where you might as well consider them as proto savage tier difficulty, but the story is great. I highly recommend doing just about every single blue quest (Blue quest icons indicates it unlocks something. But unfortunately there's a few unlockable things that don't get marked, but they're mostly things like crafting quests and the like)
Most veteran max up all jobs at the end so it doesn’t really matter which one you choose in the beginning. Currently I am levelling all 4 tanks (you get dark knight and gun breaker later on) at the same time since those are the ones I haven’t gotten into 80 yet. It can be slow but steady and I enjoy them all. Tank has one of the fastest dungeons queues so I just spam daily roulettes. Another benefit to level same type of jobs, they share gears. For all four tanks, except weapons, they use the same gears so you can always keep only 1 set of recommended gears while leveling, saving your bag spaces.
To elaborate upon what you saw in the first half of the trailer: That was the seventh umbral calamity, i.e. the end of 1.0. The red planet in the sky was Eorzea´s moon dalamud, which acted as a prison for bahamut that he then freed himself from, followed by the destruction of Eorzea. That elderly Elezen was named Lousoix Levellieur, grandfather of Alisaie and Alphinaud Levellieur. He died at cartenau summoning the twelve gods of Eorzea in order to contain bahamut, but to no avail. As a last resort he decided to teleport the main protagonist the warrior of light along with his following five years into the future in order to save them. Hope this helps! ^^
I've been a paladin main for like four years now and I still love it! Tanking is really rewarding and also easier imo than dps or healer because they tend to throw fewer mechanics at you (since you focus on the boss). Oh yeah, paladin will start as gladiator! Welcome to the xiv community! : D Take your time and enjoy your leveling experience; although the base game is the slowest/least amazing part of the game it will be setting up a lot of plot points and characters that will become relevant throughout all the expansions and amp up the impact of story beats and reveals. So it's worth experiencing fully!
I highly recommend you play one of each class. Tank to learn tanking. Healer to understand balancing between healing and DPS. Positional DPS like MNK so you understand how frustrating it is to have a tank that moves too much or moves unnecessarily. Ranged DPS to get a nice view. Also, at level 15, do not miss out on The Hall of Novice to get some really good gear and the Brand New Ring for stat boosts and 30% bonus experience up to level 30 and can be used for all classes and jobs.
A little detail that this doesn't communicate is that the point after Louisoux (old Elvaan guy with the staff) teleports "you" and your allies (the guy with the axe is nicknamed Derplander and is the stand-in for "you" in the cinematics) away, the next scenes are 5 years later.
Wow, I've seen this trailer a thousand times, but I think this is the first time I've ever seen the flash of the symbol of Althyk from Louisoix (the guy who cast the barrier). Althyk is one of the Twelve, the Eorzean gods. They weren't teleported so much as flung forward in time. It's only really relevant if you played 1.0 as many characters will bring up that the Calamity, as shown in the trailer, happened 5 years prior to the events of the (2.0 ARR) game.
so nice seeing new 14 players coming over I quit wow a year ago for 14 but i was always playing 14 even when I did play wow. If you loved the single player FF games you will easily fall in love with 14, i love when they pay homage to the old games in many different ways & dont worry your late you can still do all of the older content at the current level it was meant to be done at even if jobs have been changed but for your job honestly this game is really balanced so every class is good it basically comes down to your playstyle & what you'd have fun with.

I never played the original FF14, and I didn’t even play ARR until Stormblood was already out. First time I saw this scene was back when I still wasn’t sure if I’d stick with the game. Needless to say this cutscene sold me. My god it is one of the best scenes I have ever seen from a game.
Welcome! One of the great things about this game is that you can play all classes/jobs on the same character, so if you don't like the way one is playing, you can hop over to another guildhall and sign up to learn that class. From there, it's as easy as switching out your weapon and BOOM, different class! I second the above recommendation for Larryzaur's job video; it's an excellent overview. If you're worried about tanking, the vast majority of people will be very understanding if you say "hey! this is my first time doing this dungeon!" and if you have prior MMO tanking experience you should be able to pick it up in no time at all. I do suggest JoCat's "Crap Guide to FFXIV - Tanks" though if you'd like to get an idea of a few general specific things this game has for tanks. Great info in a funny video.
Larryzaur has a few good guides without spoilers that you could use. But you can be all of them on one character, so no need to worry too much about which one you start as. Bonus fun fact: Behemoth is in Monster Hunter World due to a collaboration event with FFXIV. And guess which beastie from Monster Hunter is in FFXIV. That particular quest is only available after you've beaten Stormblood though, but it's worth the wait.
The way SquareEnix handled the utter *disaster* that was 1.0 is one of the reasons why I respect and trust the company as much as I do, and it's why I'm such a loyal part of their fan-base. When they screw up, they own up to it. When they receive feedback, positive or negative, from their fans, they listen. They actually *care* what their fan-base has to say, and they take any suggestions and recommendations offered by their fans into consideration so that the game can just become better and better and more enjoyable for everyone. And on top of it all, FF XIV's player community is incredibly friendly and helpful. Out of every MMO I've ever played, only *one* MMO (and it was a *free-to-play* MMO to boot!) has had a nicer and friendlier player community than FF XIV's....and that MMO's official servers shut down back in 2016, that being *Shin Megami Tensei: IMAGINE Online* (there is a fan-run server however called Re:IMAGINE, and it's 100% free to play, you literally couldn't throw money at Re:IMAGINE if you *wanted* to, and for a fan-run server, the quality is amazing....yes, the graphics are dated, but it's an MMO that originally released way back in 2007!).
Only after playing through much of the FFXIV story do I now fully understand this trailer. After seeing it again, I now 100% understand the trailer. Even the heroes that were teleported away are relevant to the story. It's just amazing.
There's already some good things. I'll point to a few more. Zepla and Mr. Happy for new player guides (Zeps is more topical, where Happy is a bit more indepth). Larry as people mentioned for a quick class rundown. Then when it comes to UI questions Zepla and Happy have guides on those as well.
@@proudtobeme1ashkente u can actually look up the end of 1.0 and see the players gathered around just watching the world end
FFXIV is my first and only sub MMORPG. This one experience has kept me a loyal player and am still going strong :) I will never forget it.
Animators: So how apocalyptic do you want this shit to look?
Yoshi-P: ... Yes.
i mean yoshi-p absolutely freaking hated 1.0 so i wasn't surprised by the fact that he didn't just want to burn it to the ground, he wanted to nuke it from orbit. but the way he did it is so amazing that even 10 years after the nuclear fallout of 1.0 the cinematic trailer of ARR is still mind blowing new players to this day.
lol
@@chloekaftan I'm just amazed that they actually put so much work into closing the game. Most triple As either quietly brush their failures under the carpet or milk a shrinking playerbase until people finally leave.
Squeenix said screw that jazz, we owe them a proper ending.
It’s funny, a lot of WoW players will say the game ended the day Deathwing razed the game world.
For FFXIV, the game only began once Bahamut did the same.
It was... an apocalypse
"started growing back at an increased rate"
............Oh man. Oh man I know why it bounced back so quickly now and I feel so bad.
@@UltimaKeyMaster ikr... Shadowbringers casts a whole new light (ironically) on the 7th Umbral Calamity, what happened there and there repercussions of it.
Basically the 5 year timeskip the characters experience in the trailer means that you should immediately purchase a full level skip for the game. ;P

You take an FF11 character and drop them in Eorzea, they die in seconds.
@@nicholaswhitfield9341 you just needed to be subbed during the 1.0 era for a span of I think 3 months or just before the end of the game’s lifetime

At level 30 it will become a Paladin :D
Threw a subscribe your way.
As a tank who came from other MMO's (Mainly EQ, WoW, SWToR, LOTRO, and a few others) you won't have difficulty adapting except in two areas that I struggled with:
- Everyone is expected to contribute their share of DPS.

The expansion trailer spoils the exact expansion or just the previous story?
@nyuszicsib They should the previous story. The Heavensward full trailer directly shows a very, very critical event from the end of the ARR patches, for instance.
@@JackgarPrime Got it. Thanks.
In 1.0 the "moon" actually looked bigger as patches came and in the final patch the moon was huge and red and players were fighting monsters that were invading cities. When the servers shutdown this trailer played. The first part is the ending of 1.0 and the second part is the start of 2.0.
If no one told you yet, this is basically how they ended the failure of 1.0 - they made it freaking lore in 2.0, so awesome.
Turns out the WoW killer... was WoW all along. The murderer's been in the same room the whole time!
Activision Blizzard sus
It's the perfect crime!
FFXIV devs always say they respect WoW a lot and said without it, XIV wouldn't exist, I think that's fair, the game paved the way forMMORPGS as a whole but now... well, what you said.
FFXIV didn't kill WoW, they just looted the corpse.
What, you don't agree with the dev who said, in front of a full audience "You think you want that, but you don't"? Blizzard straight up telling WoW players that Blizzard will decide what they want to play, not the players.
"What happened?"
This is a good question! And the answer lies in the Coils of Bahamut raid! Welcome to the party man :D
Things I can tell you off the bat -
If you tank in WoW, you won't be too far off when it comes to tanking in FFXIV. For the briefest overview of each:
Gladiator: Becomes paladin at 30.
You already earned my respect just by mentioning Final Fantasy IX
If you're a big FF fan then this game is essentially the theme park of every game and will include some form of reference to prior games. Some more than others and the music is amazing and really tugs at the heart strings. I hope you have fun!
There's a ton of references to FF12 I've noticed especially
@@kabrozkabroz have you gotten through shadowbringer expansion or done any of the resistance relics?
Welcome to Eorzea, may you ever walk in the light of the crystal.
Black Mage is my best pick. I like blasting things with my magical boom stick. >:)
@@1LuvMLPFiM is nice but i prefer tanks
And actually did what he set out to accomplish destroy the world
Quick thing, since you seemed to be confused at the teleportation part of the trailer, FFXIV 1.0 was a trainwreck, it was terrible.
"what is going on?"
literally the end of the world
No matter how many times I see this trailer I always get goosebumps.
Indeed
Same!
It's never, EVER late to start the game.
Hope you enjoy it and Welcome To Eorzea (FFXIV)
I mean it has a really good free trail up until and all of the content of heavensard, and they are expanding the free trail to include all of stormblood so basically you get a full game and 2 expansions to try the game for free.
Seeing you appreciate the homage to older FF games, you'll love the ones to come. Enjoy a meaningful journey, you've earned it.
ngl... I still get emotional watching this sometimes. It was such a great narrative and setup for what followed. Also, welcome to the game! :D
If you havent played 1.0, you get the generic fresh start as an aspiring adventurer
As for what fits you, the great part about the game is that you can be literally everything on one character.
What deathwing couldn't do in 3 years bahamut did in 3 minutes.
Best part is that the first part of this trailer was showed after shutting the servers down on 1.0 ffxiv, one of the best cinematics of all time imo
There are some videos on YT where people are just standing around together, waiting for the world to end, with an eery rendition of Answers replacing all the background music.
A fitting farewell to 1.0
This trailer always leaves a inpression, and the music still haunts me in my sleep :)
God I love that smile after the player characters were "safe". Gets me every time
I cry any time I think of Louisoix.
I would have added an obligatory "That's no moon!" ... except it was.
Kinda. Something like it^^
I mean, it was artificial and acted more like a big solar array, but I guess it still counts.
And I hope you also react to the next trailers of the various expansions (when you get there of course because they include spoilers!)
this trailer still gets me emotional, 8 years later 🥺
Not to mention that you can switch whenever as long as you meet the minimum requirements
Blizzard will never have the balls to do a reboot of their game like this
As soon as you mentioned FF9 I knew you were going to love this game.

There's a version of the trailer called "Flames of Truth" (I think...) that shows what happened to Bahamut.
Thats a cutscene that plays when you progress the Coils of Bahamut raid story. If he plans on playing id rather him see it that way as its way more rewarding and has alot more details on what actually happened.
Well, as a veteran player in WoW, after a few days in Final Fantasy XIV, i like it. It feel like home.
There are the initial ones you can pick from, then there are patch/expansion jobs that are unlocked once you get to certain parts and often don't start at level 1 saving some time leveling them:
Rouge/Ninja (needs level 10 or15 based on starting city) starts at level 1,
Dark Knight,Astrologian,Machinist (start heavensward) starts at level 30,
Samurai,Red Mage (needs level 50) starts at level 50
Dancer,Gunbreaker (needs level 60) starts at level 60
** Reaper,Sage (Not yet released, coming out in 6.0 in November, probably needs level 70) stats at level 70.
Played this game since launch and till today this trailer makes me emotional and it will always make
Same here. It's what sold me on applying for the closed beta, too.
Did you make it to one of the orchestral concerts a couple years back? Went to the one in Dortmund, Germany, and I swear the hall became a couple degrees cooler when this played. I got goose bumps.
@@Yuyu5001 I wish I could, this sounds cool
A bit of lore for you (sorry if it has been said before):
The first version of the game was a disaster and they decided to reboot it. Players didn't know what was inside Dalamud (and you guessed it right, it's Bahamut)
The old man is Louisoix, a powerful mage.
As a fellow paladin of 15 years in wow:
Prot pally -> Paladin in FF14
Ret -> Dragoon or Samurai
Holy -> White Mage
You'd probably end up levelling multiple classes anyway, since it is only a click to swap classes and gear sets.
Lalas are evil and want to take over the world, I tell you! THEY ARE OUT FOR US ALL!
@@Yuyu5001 it’s the truth, have you ever heard one laugh? Pure evil.
Yes the Calamity is literally the original version Final Fantasy 14 getting completely destroyed they made the complete destruction of everything they worked on in FF14 1.0 part of the Lore.
the parallels with 9 in the opening scene are just *chef kiss*
wow i finally understand the end of trailer.. such a twist , after heavens ward i finally understood
There's an extended portion of the first cutscene that shows directly what happens after Louisioux passes, of course you should only watch it after completing the ARR Raid series, The Coils of Bahamut.
I love how even after 5 years your Chocobo hears your whistle and immediately comes running for their buddy.
Love the Chocobo!
Here's a summary of the starting jobs, where they start, and what they can evolve into after completing the level 30 job quests:
Marauder turns into Warrior.
Good Luck
you mentioned final fantasy 9 & said it was a great game + your reaction to that trailer was super fun = earned my subscription. cheers!!!
The lines hit me so hard these days "No more shall man have wings to bear him unto paradise, henceforth, he shall walk"
And even more amazing, is the song answers "Thou must Live, Die, and Know." The great answer to The Great question borne upon a songbird's wings.
I just finished ARR and believe me, I felt the same way after starting a little over 2 months ago. I love that you are not locked into 1 class.
This was the trailer that got me to try the game out, 10 years ago. Awesome to see it still inspiring new people to join.
Shadowbringers has the sickest trailer I've ever seen can't wait to see his reaction on that. 😎
I love how like with hearing Sephiroth's theme the universal reaction to seeing Bahamut casting a Terra Flare is basically "OH SHIT!"
To elaborate upon what you saw in the first half of the trailer:
That was the seventh umbral calamity, i.e. the end of 1.0.
If you love ff franchise, you gonna have a huge blast with xiv 😁
Start with any class, very early on you can switch classes/jobs. You can level everything in one character.
@Chitor Remember, you can be all jobs on 1 character. Simply change weapon, and u transform into that job/class
Toward the end I smiled when you were saying how much you wanted to play.
so nice seeing new 14 players coming over I quit wow a year ago for 14 but i was always playing 14 even when I did play wow.
After doing Shadowbringers, the trailer hits different
wrong warcriminalcraft 15 years racist game is lie propaganda to force players to kill nations.
What is nation?
Humans born without nationality, born without fascism, nationalization in childhood make them.
False value, false enemy, false nation definition make false enemy, destroy value of life.
Nationalist kleptocracy created fa, refuse value of life and human rights.
Reward for worsening is kleptocracy support, steal reward system.
Support nationalist kleptocracy, participate in war crime.
Wikipedia false nations definition changed always.
They kill for nation, they not know what nation is.
Not can distinguish between race and nation.
Many program errors.
Golden toilet marauder hilterugend science academy economy, kill and loot.
Big cost in money and time.
Sacred satan religion war godless church.
Killing for religion of peace, priest ten commandments.
False race definition, false nation definition, make players to kill nations, made fa.
Overpopulation family values.
Booze narcologist barmen alcohol chemical addiction for children.
Bonus fun fact:
Behemoth is in Monster Hunter World due to a collaboration event with FFXIV.
