Just got the cameo 4 because the right roller on my Cameo3 does not stay in place and I now have it taped and use a mat. I bought the cameo4 because of the matless cut feature and because the rollers are back to beingbsimilarbas the cameo2. I loved my cameo2 (itwas my first cutting machine) until the blade carriage stopped moving my blade up and down. I did temporarily fix it with some foam under the housing, but the force was not accurate all the time. Bought the Cameo3 and loved the dual blade carriage and everything about the machine until the right roller cost me a lot of vinyl. It is a great machine for a backup...I am looking forward to trying many of the new features. Thank you for this tutorial. I also have the curio and mint machines. Love both of them for different projects.
Hello, I’m new in silhouette and I’ll be receiving my cameo next week. I would like to know which printer you using. I notice the you have a canon printer but on the sstudio setting you selected a Epson printer. Thank you
Here are the minimum system requirements for a PC. www.silhouetteamerica.com/faq/solution/software-minimum-system-requirements Any inkjet printer will work for Silhouette products (I use Epson or Canon, myself). I suggest getting one with a rear document feeder if you want to use some of the fun printable materials available.
Tried 5x to add a card to shiloutte system so i can upgrade, save byutton wont work. So that it am stuck with basic version. Terrible un user freindly stsyem.
Yes, you use the same software for all Silhouette cutting machines, so your older projects will work with the Cameo 4. The exception would be if you were using tool carriage 2 in a significant number of your Cameo 3 projects. Now the second tool holder serves a different function in the Cameo 4 compared to the Cameo 3.
hi ,my Q is how to import a eps file saved from infinity design ,every time i try to open esp's either they don't show at all or my silhouette business edition crashes and i have no idea what am doing wrong .

Hello. I am very new to the cameo 4 it is still in box as i do not know what pc or lap top to purchase as well as printer.

my cameo 4 pro doesnt feed the vinyl on the mat evenly. It keeps alerting me that "Registration Failed."
Can we do embossing with Cameo 4?
The Cameo 4 does not do embossing. The Curio is the machine made for that function.

Love this thank you 😊
Glad you like it! Thanks for saying so. :)
Hello, I would like to know if my projects that I created with the cameo 3 are transferable to the cameo 4 or if I have to start them all over again?

Try to export as svg
I suggest reaching out to Silhouette Support directly for troubleshooting that issue. www.silhouetteamerica.com/contact/
Mine doesn't have the settings like yours has, I have nothing for feed options. Why is that? I have the Business Edition.
very boring, falling asleep.
