+Ira Jacobs I saw this tour with blind guardian a few months ago. It was awesome. Though I think grave digger should have co headlined this one. They played too short of a set. They did play Hell's funeral.

GRAVE DIGGER - Has ever been One of my Best.
This is one of my favorite songs by grave digger and I was lucky to have seen them a few weeks ago opening for blind guardian. They actually played this song in there 45 minute set.
They killed it both times around

So ya got me! Hadn't really paid attention to the video. Kinda looks like him though. With many musicians such as Dave Grohl and others who are multi talented on a variety of instruments and sometimes play in different bands at the same time, it wouldn't be out of the realm of possibility. Been a Maiden fan since '82 when # of The Beast came out and I was 14. First concert was Maiden's Powerslave Tour with Twisted Sister!
Benjamin Decker a lot of musicians play with other bands on concerts and on videos too. That is nothing new

I love Grave Digger, they are my favourite band, but the first time i've heard about "Return of the reaper" i've imagined a commercial release like "The Clans will rise again". Fortunately i was wrong: this is one of the best track i've heard since "The Grave Digger" album, better than a lot of their last works!

Today i discovered them. They are amazing..
preety good i would say. the refrain is the part that made me to hear the song once again. The sog in the refrain becomes fast enough just enough to awake you and make you notice the song and hear it one more time. I also liked very much the intro of the song the screams with the guitar cover

I wish the whole song had the kind of sorrowful, melancholy that the intro had, seen until 1:22, or at least influencing the rest of the song to a greater extent. That intro was so good, but then it just went into the fast-paced rhythms...

I know what you mean. The intro feels like a completely different song and then it's just like "fuck no, lets play an entirely different song". This part was a tease to anyone who wanted sorrow and a waste of time to those who wanted fast paced rhythms.
I know that I'm a century late , but apperantly the intro is a 50 seconds long song on spotify. I guess that they recorded that track but then got bored and decided to make something else?

Reckless Canuck I prefer a more sensitive voice, someone who can belt it out but still sing. Hansi, ZP, Tobias and the singer for Stratovarius all come to mind.

Ich bin ein altgedienter HardRocker und der Song liegt auch gut im Ohr. Aber die "Show" von Grave Digger resp. C.Boltendahl, die ewig gleich Tod & Teufel - Texte. Wahrscheinlich muss man knallezu sein, GRAVE DIGGER gut zu finden. Dann aber sicherlich.
