I use a razor knife, press hard and one pass is all it takes. It takes two half pulls when you bend. If you try in one it will roll your edge.

hello! nice video and helpbuild company! if i can add a little trick to this video. is to insert at the end of the cut, a little piece of. 016 sheet under the piece, just at the final of the piece for cut. this allow to cut quicker, and no matter if the olfa goes out... it rest at the small piece and dont damage the olfa knife. hope help someone. regards. rubens. remachevolador

I have cut out curves. Fist cut is free handed (following trace lines). Then subsequent cuts carefully following groove!

It's not his idea to cut on a break for a straight edge! Siders have been doing this for decades 🤣

I've purchased plans to scratch build both the CH701 and CH750 aircraft.

This year, I've been investing in CNC hobby equipment and got thinking about how to make a CNC laminate cutter for aluminum aircraft parts. I got the idea after watching this video and my Summa D70 vinyl cutter. I'd like to clamp the Olfa laminate blade into a jig and drag it around a CNC path to cut all of my aircraft parts. Call me crazy, but I might be on to something...
