I luv the Blade, luv everything about it, been flying it for 4 yrs, and must say, didn't notice half of the bains you commented on. The Red interior i think is cool, admire CIG for stilting the weapon loadout, makes me a better pilot. I do hope they don't change a thing for the rework, these ships are unique, well priced and fun to fly. The ony Alien ship i don't own beside the Scythe, is the BMM, which i loath, looks like some hippy commune shelter, and the interior looks trippy, equally the thought anyone would want to be a storekeep sends shivers down my spine...what are they, old ladies.
This is actually why I love the design so much! Someone who did like this ship, and I mean really like it, could well be the kind of person you need to stop before they pad ram another victim, or murder a bunch of colonists. This is the ship of the antagonist, and to fly it well is to know your enemy!

the blade is so nice and yea. the shields come back so quick you almost dont even need to disengage in order to get them back! Nice video I love this ship.
Shields on all light fighters come back at the same speed, because the recharge rate is the same on all shields the same size. Talk about placebo effect...
Argo Mole shares the all red HUD as well as the factory scuffing on the canopy. Although to be fair, the canopy scuffing on the Mole is restricted to the #1 (center) mining laser turret. I hear tell the Nomad from Consolidated Outland also has the factory installed shnoz-berries on the canopy.

The Blade is a 1990's Kawasaki ZX7R , modified by Mr. Turbo... and some dude just throws you the keys and says, "Good luck buddy". If you don't kill yourself long enough to get to know how to ride the thing, it's a lot of fun.
Pro Video! Definitely earned a new subscriber here. Check the rework of the Blade RSI published last year. The looks alone in the rework (for Sq42) are literally out of this world.
The Blade is a good ship. Yes the red is more than a bit much, but hopefully sooner than later that gets an update - along with ALL thr vanduul ships. Atm it, and all lights suffer from the Hornet meta (that's existed before the f7a mk2 - remember the ghost? With the distortions and like 36g+ accel, more if you trichord...) guns also got buffed in projectial speed, ship accel was hard nurfed and combat speeds cut down to SCM, meaning you cant 'just dodge' in anyway reliably, or just go 1400m/s while jousting. Getting hit means lights, being 'light' on the hp and gun load, dont really live vs mediums and heavies sporting 3-10x their hp and 2-3x their firepower.
