Hey Hot Tub Lady i commented on a video yesterday. In my 1st week ive sold 3 tubs. 2 today. A jetsetter and vanguard i sold today. Built better salt water got them to move up from hotspot. My company is truly amazing and professional. I work for olympic hot tub in Washington. You are awesome. Thank you so much
2 years on our Jetsetter LX. It has been flawless. We have the salt system that we keep on level 4. I add a table spoon of chlorine every week and the water stays perfect. My wife talked me into it, and now I use it more than her. It is an important part of our wellness routine.
My first and only tub was a Hot Spring Classic, purchased 32 years ago. Yes, it was still running after 32 years when we decided to replace it with a Hot Spring, Vanguard. in the Highlife series. Just had electrical and decking done, should start up this week. The workmanship looks great. But right now it is sitting empty waiting.
Just had our Envoy delivered last week. Looks fantastic with nickel finish cabinet and works great!. I'm an engineer and love all the quality, design, and workmanship that goes into the Highlife series. Did LOTS of shopping and found nothing else that compared. We did not opt for the salt system as we have very hard water here in Fort Worth, but it has the ozone. Guessing I can add the salt system later if we change our mind. Thanks for your videos.
I have a 2005 Accolade ….trying to find a new main board in the black IQ 2020 case …seems there out of stock …I just replaced the Jet Pump/Heater/Ozone.after 18 years…It worked two weeks then then board apparently died…..hopefully I can locate one somewhere
Both are great hot tubs. I love the new model of the Envoy the new size is great. Salt is amazing as well…. It is important to buy a hot tub from who you like because you are entering a relationship with that person.
Which model in the crown series are you comparing to? they both are in the upper tier of their line up. Off the top of my head some ot the things is the Marquis does not have a circulation pump nor the moto massage. The micro silk is pretty cool, however I found most customers didn't use it that often. Both are very well insulataed and made by outstanding manufacturers.
Size for sure. The new 2024 Envoy is quite a bit larger and I find more comfortable and I love the captains seat. . Much more foot room in the Aria and its deeper. What did you decide t ok Go with
Do you know anything about the Hot Springs Marquis? I know they have been discontinued but I have one and I’m having a really hard time trying to find product for it.
Unfortunately I am not familiar with that model and I have been around for a long time. There is a Marquis brand is it possible it is a Marquis sold by a Hot Spring Dealer or it just has a Hot Spring cover on it?
I bought a Jacuzzi hot tub in nov of 2022 and my question is could it be possible that my chemistry has just been perfect since i filled? All i do is add some sanitizer after i get it and thats it my reading have been awesome!! Just for reference max people that have gone in at the same time was 2 people. Thanks and love your channel!
Aww thank you…. Yes some people have excellent source water. If your alkalinity and ph are good at start up it is much easier to take care of. And with just two people using it your tds doesn’t get high. So lucky you and keep doing what you are doing
What is the best entry level hot tub for first time buyers? I was quoted 19K for one. Although I really liked it I wasn’t trying to spend that much on my first one. It was a Bullfrog A8D. Thank you
Wow that was entry level? A really good value line would be the Hot Spring Rythm or Relay if you wanted to step up a level I would do the Limelight Flash or Pulse. I also like the Caldera Salina. If you wanted to do a plug and play. Fantasy entice or Dreammaker 740S Best hot tub ever is the Hot Spring Grandee but you will go up in price
Why would you chose a Hot Springs Envoy over an Artesian Elite Pelican Bay? My decision has come down to these 2. (Maybe a Hot Springs Prism as well) This is my first time buying a hot tub.
Been shopping and probably buying a highlife, But btw there have been highlifes that leak over the lifespan so you can't really say they will never leak. All hot tubs leak eventually or the pump/heater dies etc..
Thanks for your input and I hope you love ❤️ every second of the highlife. In the 7 year warranty against leaks a highlife will not leak. And probably for many years after that. If you do not let it freeze you won’t have problems. In 15 20 years things can happen yes! I know you will be happy with this decision. Thank you so much for watching. Appreciate your support
So we purchased the Triumph tuscan color, and it showed up with damage at the bottom. They are willing to replace, but the only color they have is the desert shell in color. The finish is different, is one better than the other? Same to clean. They are telling me the desert is less chance of scratching and the Tuscan can scratch easier and is slippery. Any thoughts? Thanks in advance

I’m sorry to hear that. The grandee is built to be a salt water hot tub and you wouldn’t have an issue, but if your dealer isn’t a going to support you I wouldn’t do it
Hey Jacque, thank you for the videos they are great. Please let me know what you think about the Sundance Marin. I purchased it last year and had it delivered in April. We absolutely love it.

This is one of my favorite models. I am sure that you will love it for years to come. Thank you so much for the support and #KeepMakingLifeEpic

Just curious, as Hot Springs touts the filtration SW system in the Highlife, how is it that no one else has copied the system. Draining once a year vs 3-4 times even in the Cadillac range. I’m close to either the Aria or a Marquis Resort.
Hot Springs Spas may have a unique selling proposition with their salt system that sets them apart from other manufacturers. While it's true that other manufacturers haven't copied this feature yet, it could be because they have different priorities or product focuses. Ultimately, the decision between the Highlife Aria and the Marquis Resort should be based on your personal preferences and what features are most important to you. If you have any specific questions about these models, I'd be happy to help!
@@TheHotTubLady I’m in VA and ultimately decided to go with the Aria. Features, QC, and promo pricing made it easy over Marquis line. The double lounger in the Resort was appealing but left little room on the floor. Too much footsies possible. Also I didn’t like untreated wood used in equipment mounts and some supports. I was somewhat shocked. We live in the country and felt a risk from termites.

How does the limelight insulation compare to the highlife? I am curious if the same quality is in limelight. Do you have any videos about limelight? Thank you for all you do!!
So they are different. The limelight is a fibercor insulation and it is fantastic it is a wool base material that insulates incredibly well and if you ever have a leak you can just shop vac it out repair the leak and reuse the insulation. On the highlife series it is a closed cell foam insulation that is what they are putting in all the million dollar mansions that are going up. it expands and supplies massive insulation the best and support. If you do have a leak you will have to chissel it out. But it is phenomal insulator and also provides support tot the hot tub. Both are excellent choices. I will add this to my video ideas list.
I think they are a quality built hot tub. I’m not a huge fan of the packs that switch out cause I have never heard of anyone who actually does that and that is a great place to harbor mold etc. but otherwise they are a quality hot tub with great insulation. If you have a good dealer you can trust I would buy one.
