I have a Vanguard model for 14 YEARS and it still runs prefect. I think they are the best hot tubs in the world 🌎 I am from the England & I live in Spain 🇪🇸 q4 years.

@@danipa3115 I went to a dealer to buy a new Aria. $13,000. The lead time because of the pandemic was 46 weeks! She is a friend, and she told me about a 2 year old envoy at a summer house here at the shore, maintained by her company, used 2 summers by the owner and family. He is doing a major renovation project traded the Envoy for a Grandee, didnt mind the lead time as his construction would take at least that long. Long story short, I paid $6200 for this beautiful tub in perfect order, 5 new Trimax filters, ozonator, total going over by my dealer techs, 1 yr warranty. This set up new would be at least 13k. I think I scored for 6200. Love this tub, use it almost every night.

How do you enter and exit the envoy? Can you sit on the filter cover?
I would not recommend sitting on the filter cover. For the Envoy, there are really two options. One is to have your steps in front of the control panel and to put your foot in the heel niche of the lounger. The other is to place your steps on the right side and enter onto the flatter seat area.
We received our Envoy on 12/23/21, we ordered it 17 months earlier, supply chain issues

Hello, would you be able to know if this would incorporate any tool for plantar fasciitis? Thank you
I believe that you could make the foot jet in the Captain's Chair work well for plantar fasciitis. I looked at the jet menu in the owner's manual; with the Pump 2 SmartJet lever in the left position you should have quite a bit of pressure there and if you needed more, you could turn off any of the other six jets in that circuit. when NOT in use should it be turn off by the GFI breaker or just the power button on the control panel?
Hey Gabby. Typically, you would only turn off the GFI breaker when service is being performed on the hot tub. All of the normal day-to-day operations are handled on the control panel.

How do you pair the speakers to iphone?
The exact process would depend on which Bluetooth system was installed on your spa. Even among Hot Spring Spas, there have been a few different systems over the years, with a change occurring about a year ago. Hey Zac, for a $5,000 budget, I would recommend one of two things. For a new tub, you might check out Freeflow Spas. They are made by the same company as this Envoy and we have been very satisfied with the quality. Here's a link to the dealer locator: dealers.freeflowspas.com/ The other thing you might consider is checking with a reputable, local dealer to see if they offer refurbished hot tubs. We take trade-ins every day and we are often able to fix them up so that a new hot tubber can enjoy them for many more years. You may find that you can get the features you want without sacrificing quality or going over budget. Best of luck!

I just ordered mine. More than I wanted to spend. It was $13,000. I didn’t order the TV or sound. They want $4,000 just for the TV and $1,500 for speakers. ALTEC Lansing has floating, water proof, blue tooth for $100. Their TV and their speaker is ridiculous and actually almost turned me off from ordering my spa.
We're not able to quote pricing online because your local dealer may have factors that would affect their ability to match our price. But the answer from WeBgamers James is a good baseline.
