Today’s topic: Karl Fulves
Born July 27, 1938 - February 16, 2023 (age 84) Hackensack, New Jersey
One of the most prolific writing magicians of the 20th century
Used over 30 different pen names: Ralph Gironda, Robert Hess, Fred Lessor, Glen Kehler, Gray Leese, Peter Alexis, Francis J. Baker, Alan Brown, Ben Christopher, B. Jordan.
Also wrote science fiction.
Midnight Magic Monthly1959 until 1960
Karl Fulves took over The New Phoenix magazine from Don Tanner.
Started The Pallbearers Review
Also started Epilogue from 1967 until 1976.
The Chronicles 1978 to 1988 some of the finest close-up magic of the period was explained in its pages.
