Try expressing yourself as much as possible. Writing, speaking, painting, dancing etc are all good ways to get energy in the throat moving.

I want to talk. To boys looking at their face. I does a lots of meditation, exercose, goes formovies, attends pscexams and intdrviews. According to Sadhguru it's not a good idea to wear rings on your thumb. Something about attracting energies that are difficult to deal with. He wasn't specific.
I think with any teaching it's important to see if that is true for you. I have never experienced any issues with wearing rings on my thumbs and I've done it since I was a teen.
