As a disabled person, it’s pretty hard to find a job, especially for what I specifically look for. I have to look for a not so good paying job so I don’t get my benefits taken away, but I still need to survive. It’s kinda a Catch 22, but don’t worry I am trying to look for a job, there’s just more challenges and physical things I need to look out for that many able bodied people don’t necessarily need to look for☺️

I have some general cleansing and protection but I don't want to open myself to dealing with curses or malevolent entities over the internet. You can search my channel for lots of other intentions. I almost always keep my intentions general to serve the most people. Try searching courage, fear, strength, empowerment, cleansing, protection, etc
Hi! I love your videos! 💕 I've always wanted to ask why energy workers intentionally breathe out often during a session? For some reason, to me, it feels almost like releasing tension, worry, anxiety, bad energy etc. and blowing it out towards the viewer. 😆 I always feel tense and uncomfortable afterwards. 😬 I'm sure it doesn't bother most people, but was wondering if you could maybe shed some light on the purpose behind it? Then, maybe it wouldn't feel so harsh. Appreciate you! 💜
I'd be curious to know Bre's reason too. When I'm doing energy work I breathe out to move energy and to release my own extra energy because a lot is flowing.

So, breathing out can be used more so as a tool for the healer during a session than as an ASMR trigger or relaxation technique for the recipient. That's really interesting. I'm sure it can be challenging as a healer to work with so much energy and build up an excess (good or bad). I really appreciate hearing your experience. Thank you for helping me better understand! 🙂
I personally use it as a pressure release valve and to help energy keep flowing. I don't even notice I'm doing it. In general it's breathing down and not meant to go in anyone's face... more like my upper lip is out a bit and it's blowing down towards the ground.
