¾ cups sugar
½ cup butter - softened at room temperature
2 eggs at room temperature
1 ½ cups all-purpose flour
1 ½ teaspoons baking powder
½ cup milk
¼ teaspoon salt
1 teaspoon vanilla
Ube Glaze :
1 can Ube condensed milk or creamer
1/4 cup hot water
1-2 cups Desiccated Coconut
