Great video. Though an important note on "evidence-based" 0:50. Just because a therapy is experiential or is more unstructured doesn't mean that it's not evidence based. For example, psychodynamic therapy (including object relations) is experiential and open but it is still evidence-based in that it draws from John Bowlby's attachment theory and also because patients tend to not only get better, but also stay better even post-treatment (versus short-term manual treatments).
