It won’t let me change any of the training
This may be a daft response from myself but have you checked whether your assistant has the responsibility? Also is it your first team or reserves?
@@FM_Console it’s my first team I I changed it to manager having the responsibility but it wouldn’t let me click on anything
@@chizzle1500 oh that might be a bug. Have you checked on another save just to check it’s not every save?
I found you through Reddit. A lot of my 1st 11 players have downwards facing arrows on their attributes even in a successful team. Is this down to individual training?

It completely depends on how long the down facing arrows have been in place for, what part of the season and individual training.
Its going to be covered in my next video, but check your progress in training, see if its just the past month, the arrows we see on profile aren't as bad as they first appear they are very short term and can be .2 of an attribute, you can actually see progression or regression across line charts if you are that concerned, but it could be last month it increased by 0.4 this month it went backwards 0.2. Which means over 2 months there's still development but those arrows can just mislead you.
You can also use this screen to compare players development all the way back to when you first signed them as well it's very useful.
So its a long short answer but there could also be an adjustment or less training could also be depending on players current ability ceiling meaning their development evens out too.
Try to look at training rating, maybe changing intensity levels, fatigue levels etc.

Hi i have a question ive been playing fm 24 console for almost a season now, just wondering do players ever ask to leave the club due to not getting enough game time? I know this is a thing on pc but havnt noticed it on console, in fact players dont complain about anything and without that im finding it hard to find a reason to rotate my squad, i just play my best first 11 every game unless they are injured as nobody in the reserves complains. I want a reason to rotate my squad😂

Yeah they can request more likely to be an issue 18 months to 12 months left with a contract I’m finding more consider options as open to requesting to leave but it’s definitely in there
