Thailand appears to be modernized whereas the Philippines is not. I understand why a lot of men choose the Philippines due to the U.S. dollar give them more however, you have to ask yourself, "what am I getting for this dollar"? And, this is why I'm leaning more towards Thailand.

But I'm seeing a lot of condos in Wongamat that have apartment of the type I'm looking for (1 bedroom but not tiny.) You don't hear much about Wongamat, so I was wondering what the boots on the ground view is. Thanks.
