Thanks! Hmm - always open to feedback, but I'm not hearing it sharp myself (and promise I tuned both guitars to 440 right before recording). The lead guitar is a lot of bent notes, so I suppose it'll sound less "locked in." Interestingly, the acoustic has the high E tuned down to D# (weird but cool intricacy of this song), but don't think that should cause anything to sound sharp. Don't think you're crazy though - maybe just have a more refined ear than me!
I know how to play this song on my Guitar as well, this is a beautiful acoustic cover you did, and I definitely love that Gibson SJ-200, I'm saving up money to buy one.
man, this cover is amazing bro lol i'm also trying to make an yellow cover so i researched some cover too and yours is the one i got most inspired by. this was great :)
Hi! I like your play! I have a question… Do you think Can I make your electric guitar sounds by les paul? I wanna play "yellow" too but the guitar that I have is les paul…
Thanks! You can definitely play "Yellow" on a Les Paul! All else equal, it might sound a bit darker, but you can try bumping up the treble / lower bass to compensate a bit. Either way should sound good - LPs are great guitars!
First measure is 7th fret on high E, open B, 9th fret on G and bend --> from there just move to different positions with the same shape. Fun one to play!
Sure thing! Here's the basic structure: Intro / Verse: B | F# | E | B; Chorus: E | G#M | F# A few nuances here and there (e.g., transitions, funky tuning on the acoustic, and a cool dissonant ending), but if you're jamming with just one guitar, the chords above will get you there ;)

Good cover mate. One thing though, am I crazy or is the acoustic sharp *slightly* sharp compared to the rest?

@@kkoffie446 Thanks!
Yeah it sounds slightly out of tune or smth to me as well
No you’re right. The acoustic is off a bit. It doesn’t resonate with the rest.
I know how to play this song on my Guitar as well, this is a beautiful acoustic cover you did, and I definitely love that Gibson SJ-200, I'm saving up money to buy one.
thank you! love this guitar - have had it for about 10 years now and keeps getting better!

what acoustic is that? it's gorgeous, nice playing too :)
Thanks! It’s a Gibson SJ200 from ~2013
Wow! Can I have the chords and tabs?
B open f#maj emaj7
E major 7 g#open f#maj
What is the shape you play on the tele? The bends?
First measure is 7th fret on high E, open B, 9th fret on G and bend --> from there just move to different positions with the same shape. Fun one to play!
I'm not sure if you still respond to comments but, could I have the melody chords?
