Well Amber here is another great song and lesson! Thank you. After about six weeks of practicing on my own I can rather quickly play at the first level, some buzzing at the 2nd level and i just stop and watch you play when you get to the full strumming patterns. When I am happy with my chord changes and better at keeping with strumming I will join your academy. I want to learn to play and sing along. Cheers
Hi Andre 😊 that’s great! Congrats on being so dedicated to improving! That is the first step 👏🏻 I think you will absolutely love the Academy, the course starts right at the beginning and builds upon chords and rhythm simultaneously. This is why it is a great program to introduce at the start of your guitar journey. I think you will make faster progress with playing songs the sooner you start, that way you will also avoid having to unlearn any technique mistakes. I’m excited for your progress! 🚀 🎵
My son picked this up very quickly thanks to your amazing tutorial. Thank you so much, it’s one of my favourite songs and I love hearing him play it xx
Thanks Amber, great tutorial 👍🏻 I love the way that you keep things simple and build the lessons up slowly, step by step 🎸 Keep doing what you’re doing, it’s a great help 🎉
Helloooo 🎸🎉 thanks for tuning in! Aaah I have forgotten what cold feels like to be honest 😂 Dubai winter is coming too (thank goodness) and it’s a wonderful 23 degrees Celsius every day - that’s our ‘cold’ 🤣
Wow. I love your videos. So easy to follow and learn for a beginner like me. I have improved so much just by trying the songs the way you mentioned in your videos. Keep doing this great work. You are inspiring a lot of us with your valueable lessons.
Hello! 👋🏻 thank you so much for taking the time to write such a kind and thoughtful message 🙏🎶 I’m so happy to hear that my lessons are helping so many guitarists become more confident! It’s so awesome to hear that you have improved your skills! Keep it up!! 🎉🌟👏🏻
Great video instructions! Love your voice also. New subscriber. Haven't played for 5 years, but now feel inspired to get back to playing. Thanks Amber.
Wow thank you so much! What an awesome compliment! It means so much 🙏🏽🎵 I'm also so happy that you feel inspired to get back into your playing, that is just awesome 🎉
Hey Amber, The Taylor mini sounds amazing. Great job on the lesson. It's funny I was just playing Viva la Vida by Coldplay on bass yesterday. Got to give Yellow a try on guitar now. 😊
Hi David! Thanks for tuning in (I’m a bit behind on my messages due to the kick starter training week coming up and got lots to do!) 😎✨ glad you enjoyed the lesson- I think you are really gonna enjoy tomorrows lesson… be prepared!!!
Hello! Ah thank you so much for such a wonderful message with your kind words and positive feedback! i am so happy that you enjoyed my lesson so much and found it helpful 🙏🏽⭐️🎵 Have a great day 🎸
Bravo, Super guitare on reconnais bien le son de la GS mini ,rond lourd et chaud Merci Amber, Bravo, Great guitar, we recognize the sound of the GS mini, round, heavy and warm. Thanks Amber
Hi Amber, would you mind to do When you say nothing at all by Ronan Keating and make sure you have everything the same way as Ronan Keating like same chords, same strumming patterns and same fingerpicking patterns too. Also please find out how many times do we strum/fingerpicked each chords for all sections of the song.
@@rond227 I get mistaken for Australian a LOT! haha! Yeah Elon Musk is South African too, his accent is a bit affected though since he's lived abroad. But yeah, I don't see many South African guitar teachers here on UA-cam!
@@thestellarguitarist well I’m glad i found your channel. I love the way you teach. You explained things so well. I had 3 bones taken out of my left wrist a year and a half ago, and i started playing last summer to help me recover. Thank you again. I love playing. I want to find someone that i can get together with and jam. ❤️🎸
Broke out the Mini I see! It sounds great. It looks like it fits you better than the GA. The sound is crisper I think than the rosewood. I find the same thing with my Martin.
If I was in US I’d go with you to the Taylor convention and trade my GA in for another mini 😂 I love it that much!!! Thanks for commenting on the sound, it’s just perfection 😍
Hi Gavin 😊 thanks so much, glad you enjoy my lessons 🎵 the TAB and music is only available as a free resource inside the Stellar Academy. You can check it out here: thestellarguitarist.com/courses
Thank you again for this lesson. Can you tell me the difference between the strong beat and the and beat or strum? Do you strike the same number of strings with just a little less pressure on the and beat/ strum? Thank you.
Yes you have the right idea. The strong beat, you strum all or most of the strings (depending on the chord) and the up beat you only hit a few of the strings and strum softer. 🙌

Hi Mat 😊 no they don’t, you can still play the same chords without the capo. But, you won’t be able to play along with the original song because the song will be in a different key.
Hi Andre, I do my best to explain things as much as possible in my lessons and in my guitar course. I did not intentionally create my lessons with a blind person in mind, but I sure do try to explain everything in as much detail as possible ✨🙌☺️

Hi! Yes you can, but then you can’t play along with the original or with my tutorial.
What about bpm? How fast am I supposed to go?
