Sam, keep us posted on this restoration. There's a really cool option you don't see on most 60 Edsels. There is one in Miami with dual rear radio antennas. The antennas where incorporated into the chrome trim on the rear fenders. The antennas were angled to the rear, and gave the car such a cool look.
Good eye, I don't know what happened to this car! I couldn't give it away when I was trying to market & sell back then. I transitioned out of sales to full time entertainment

Not because they were pissing off the front porch but because he was President at the time. lmaoo. Yes the Butlers were good people. Oh one more story. She told me when Packard quit making cars "Daddy" had to go to San Antonio to buy a Lincoln. I said why?? Because Roy Butler was a Democrat. Those were the days. They loved the Butlers but Daddy wouldn't buy a car there.
I love the rear end of a 1960 Edsel. Those fins & lights are so well crafted. I can't recall seeing a four door sedan version before, only coupes & softtops so I gather this is a rare shape of an already rare model. Being in Texas as certainly helped preserve it. Loved the video.
