    Thank you for the band demo. I have bands from physical therapy & I think I'm healthy enough to try this superset to gain strength.

    Can you give me the range of weights that you're using? That would be useful to get an idea of what to aim for. I'm always wondering what that funky kettlebell weighs -- you used it in another video. Thank you. 💠

      Great question! Most of our members start with anywhere from 10-20lbs (closer to 10 for the smaller movements and 20 for the larger) but it really varies, depending on your current fitness level.
