I only changed the cap, they didn't pick it up and I didn't even loose anything on the timing belt part. at night she crashed the engine. do you know what could have happened? I pressed everything, and make everything press. please. it helps me
Can i ask if u need to take fuel pump off is there anything special u need to do as just replace engine on one change the pump over and its all from ford and its got a noise from belt arena like a pulley chatter but will all belts off its still there
Orite mate. Just on with it now. Got it pinned up up top but the marks on the pulleys don't line up. Do you turn the crank anticlockwise or clockwise to line them up? It seems when I turn the crank clockwise the cams go backwards!
I'm not really sure off he top of my head as its been awhile but if you watch my RWD transit timing belt vid it shows me turning the crank to line up the cams but always turn the engine the direction that the engine runs just to be safe (I am the bloke in the vids)
Just done one on a FWD the oil pump drive sprocket is key waved to the crank. You can pull it off. I never changed oil pump belt but I. Reckon you could slot it over yeah as you can see oil pump sprocket when cover is off

Как видите в Европе справляются без нытья, вероятно надо проверить откуда руки растут у этих слесарей, что отказываются. Хотя вам наверно сейчас не до этого.
Done loads of rwd ones but just done a fwd one took me best part of 6 hours but I reckon I could rattle one off in 5 next. Its cleaning all the bloody sealant off engine that takes time. Better to make sure its clean as you don't want new cover leaking!!

At which mileage or kilometers do you have to change it, i own a ecoblue transit and i cannot find any notice when you have to change it.

I am surprised, I thought that this engine has got chain not a belt
The belt for the oil pump had to be replaced also
I would have as it makes sense but as it was warranty and ford said only the timing belt had to be replaced
