I haven't owned a television in fourteen years..... but watching the Great Adventures of Marina could be watched daily no problem. 🥰🙌
My TV was robbed the week after the first Covid lockdown was released, crime of opportunity since I was back at the office. Missed it a little but a month and half later Marina's pine needle basket video went popular and her channel among others has switched me to just UA-cam.
I have had a TV for 1 year in the last 40 and I can’t say I miss it but I been watching and using UA-cam for many years now 👍
Once again you prove what an unstoppable admirable woman you are! Beautiful video!!!!! I'm surprised Tourism Italy hasn't hired you yet!!!! You are so making me want to speed up my saving process and get there asap. Thank you for sharing your adventure.
Beautiful scenery!!
125km in a day is epic even on an ebike!! An in the mountains no less. Great job!
Ahh thank you! !
@@WildSheGoes With a lot of help from a motor. I'd like to see you ride 80km in a day in steep mountains on a fully loaded touring bike with a motor and big battery to help you!! I don't think you could. At least be honest and admit that you are riding a motorbike.
@@alexmorgan3435she just said it 10 times in a video, relax would ya?
@@alexmorgan3435why are you so rude? She says so many times in this video and the last that she felt having a battery was a bit like cheating, that she couldn't have done half the things without the battery etc... Or you one of those who only listen to what they want to? 🤔
Hello Marina.
Thanks for sharing your adventure and smiling face.
We love you in Albuquerque NM USA !!!❤
Innsbruck, 1984, Hotel Ibis: My first trip as a tour guide and students in my group took pillows from the hotel so they could sleep better on the bus. The next stop was Vienna and was supposed to be a free day to relax, do laundry etc. My free day meant rounding up all the pillows, finding a big box, and mailing them back to the hotel. Innsbruck, famous for the Golden Roof (Goldenes Drachl), the Bergisel Olympic Ski Jump, and the Ten Stolen Pillows that ruined my day off.
🤣🤣🤣 makes for a great story!
Oh Marina. Beautiful. Even more impressed.
OMG. I want to do that ride. From an aussie that looks so lovely. The mountains etc. So picturesque.
That was beautiful
WOW, Marina!!! You have my total admiration for this epic endeavor. 👏👏👏👏👏
The video was so well done. Great sequence of images, beautiful close-ups, wonderful scenery and footage, especially the drone shots....just gorgeous. 🥰
It's like you were meant to go on bike tours. The bike that was sent to you was for a reason, it seems. I think a whole new world has opened up before you, one that you yourself did not expect. That smile on your face confirmed it!
You seemed to know what to take with you. I would be still be at the house trying to figure out what to bring....lol.
Brava brava BRAVA. Thanks for putting together such a wonderful video. A big hug, Rosanna 💖💖💖
Hi Marina🎉 fab bike ride scenery so beautiful amazing video loved it as usual. Looking forward to next week. Tony 🇬🇧 ❤ xx
Hi Marina, bike trailers are great, keep in mind that they can tip over even at moderate speeds if your turn is too tight.
That's a very beautiful dress You are wearing, Marina!!
Great stuff Marina, l think zucca missed you. I always look forward to your adventures, well done, and take care .....Alioban
Marina, you have gotten such enjoyment from your bike, makes me want to do the same, however we don’t have many bike lanes. I would definitely need to research a trip carefully! Happy Trails!
Loved watching your bike travels.. good for you. Looking forward to seeing more of your adventures.
EPIC Marina !!! Just got me an electric bike, love it though can't see me doing the long trips like you, Enjoyed your trip x
Biking along the canals in the uk is pretty nice and flat. you can't get lost and super convienient to explore many great palces. But there is a chance you might take a dip in the canal if you're not carefull in the narrow bits with the bike. The alps look amazing...and probably has the best cycling of anywhere.
Why not go on that adventure? Because it's absolutely stunning! Impressive, Marina!
You are the queen of DIYers! Get a trailer for children and modify it to the perfect dog trailer! 🤗
That was a lovely video! 🤩
I don't know if I can be trusted DIY one 😂
@@WildSheGoes I expect you can. And if you made a Zukka-proof one, I gues no sillyness or whatever of a dog will defeat it. 💪
Fantastic scenery. Part of the Munich to Venice friendship trail which I rode last year. This video rekindled many wonderful memories. Good on you for showing a beautiful part of northern Italy
Nice!! Congrats and thank you!!❤
There are tons of bikepacking channels. The Germans in particular are very intrepid when it comes to long distance biking. I love watching these vids, some of them very professionally done with drones etc. It feels good, to see these mostly young people, doing very adventurous and sometimes epic trips. It gives me hope for the future. One of the 'Oldtimers' of German bikepacking is 'Ingo faehrt Rad'. He manages to cycle long distances and live and eat well at the same time. He has stopped doing trips now, but his past efforts are well worth watching.
Great video!! so inspiring!! thank you for sharing!! 🙂
What a beautiful trip....I have an ebike and love it 👍
Coming to you from the States. Love taking adventures with you!
I ALWAYS enjoy your videos. Thanks for posting. 😊
Another bad ass adventure, you rock! Can't wait to see you with a dog in a trailer.
Great vid, some fantastic cycle routes the electric bike helps with the gradients 😅 the roads looked super scary with all that traffic. Well done.
Beautiful Country.... Always interesting watching your Video...Let's thumbs 👍 Guys
Thank you so much for this relaxing video!
It's amazing how you made such a physical few days look so relaxing. Wonderful video making Marina. xx
It's called riding a MOPED. Little physical exertion. If she was riding a proper bicycle WITHOUT a motor and battery then 1) she would not have travelled anywhere near as far and 2) She would be knackered. She's claiming to be a cyclist when she is NOT!
@@alexmorgan3435 Marina never claimed she was a professional cyclist, she's just sharing her adventures here. I ride a pedelec (ebike) too and I really enjoy it. It's obviously less physical exertion but still some good exercise and lots of fun. Not everyone wants to be a 'professional' cyclist. I'm not entirely sure why you're leaving your comments beneath this video, maybe you should get on your bike and cycle away... ;)
@@alexmorgan3435unless you activate the throttle it's pedal assisted cycling. I've owned 3 ebikes over 6 years. As a disabled, older woman I can climb most hills. Never using the throttle, and average over 100kms each week. I've don't need a car...sold it😅 according to some car drivers I'm a "f%€÷#@g CYCLIST. Validation 😂
All these places I visited as a kid many times on family vacations.
Loved your adventure, thank you!
I bike camp a lot. To help with leg fatigue, dip your legs in lakes, rivers etc or blast them with cold water in the shower at the end of the day. Feels great afterwards too! :)
I love your video's, they make me so happy. Thank you for sharing ❤❤
So beautiful places you have visited!!! 💚 I love all your videos Marina! 🫶💕 And Zucca is so adorableee😍❤
You really inspire me! I can't wait until I can do another adventure again.
Serene and beautiful
Another great video Marina, beautiful and very well edited.
I’d love to see you doing more cycling 🚴♀️ videos 🙂
Cheers 👍
Wow! Amazing! ❤ You never stop surprising!! Mountain tunnels for bikers surprised me too😮
Hi Marina!
Ciao Marina! Beh, complimenti, 350 km sono un giro certo impegnativo ma stupendo visti i luoghi!
Video super 👍
Well done marina👍👍
Saving this to watch later !!! Much💛, Marina !!🙂
Thank you Marina..that was amazing...the Brenner Pass ! .....you deserve a medal...I laughed out loud when you spoke of the price for accommodation...next year Taylor Swift is coming to Dublin and already the hotel price has been announced....€900 for 1 room for 1 night....yikes !!
Oh my, that should be illegal!!!
Stunning scenery and as someone else said, I am glad you survived being savaged by that fierce beast! :)
😂😂😂
I have not done a bike trip like that. But it looks exhilarating! ☺️ Sure you are sore. But it can only be good for you. You have the world 🌎! 👍💕
What a beautiful cycle track ! Well done, Marina. Maybe see you here next time, with the dog trailer ? Kind regards from Austria 🧡💛💚 Liese ( Leinenlover ).
WONDERFUL, just WONDERFUL!
Evening Marina, WoW that is a beast of a bike isn't it! It's scenic where you travel, would love to do that one day. You would of thought the bike trail would be fully working to get people out of their vehicles and cycle more, and if there is a blockage or closure put a sign up saying so 10k before hand!! Anyway great vid once again and the famous town of the winter games all those years ago too!! Till next time Health@Happiness to you.
Im just back home from a bikebacking trip and i love it.
For me it is the way to travel, cars are to fast, hiking is to slow.
When im cycling i have mich easier contact with the locals, time to watch you surroundings.
Hey Marina, greetings from Haida Gwaii. I admire your tenacity and all you do. My grandson has an E bike and is teaching me a lot, so I get what I need. 71 with ME/CFS etc. but I want to go on adventures too. Thinner tires will be faster and lighter. How far is it to Martijn's? That might be a tent/camp trip for the early fall. I want to try weaving a small basket with nettle from my garden. atb
That dog is sooo YOUR dog…
Complimenti, Lei abita a pocchi Km da casa mia. Saluti!
You are Amazing Marina !! Thank you for taking us through the Alps, absolute splendor. Congratulations on completing that trek, I admire your Zest for life. I Love your adventures but Hate when the videos end Looking forward to the next one ❤🐾🌟✌
Bloody well done. All I've done today is 25km on a watt bike. 40kph and a scenery looked the bloody same👾
The very definition of a blunt pencil "pointless"
I like your dog's funny biting your arm hahhaha
Phew! Amazing 🤩
Anyone who cycles over the Brenner Pass has my total admiration. I did the same journey in the opposite direction when I was 17 and it's a killer. You made it look effortless but I suspect that's clever editing. The electric bike looks great. Bring it with you when you return to the Lake District, maybe strap it on your van roof. All good wishes from Cumbria. Pete
I should do that! So many cool bike tracks in the uk 🤗
Go Marina 😊👍 you did a brave job I thought it was an ordinary bike at first 😱 but a battery one must have been a good help, I haven’t been on my bike for a while but hopefully soon, I was thinking of converting a faulty wheelchair I have into a a dog carrier for my 2 Pomeranians 🤔 if my wife allows me 🤣
Hahhaa that's such a good idea!
Your dress is beautiful, Marina!
Thank you Catriona 🥰
I was gonna say that too but I’m a guy & didn’t want to sound creepy 🤷🏻♂️😂😂
Great adventures,
I moved to Bolzano last year and its nice to see you in the area! Unfortunately South Tyrol is super expensive and this is high season, I don't think you can get any cheap accommodation anywhere, even if booking in advance.
No Marina, you have to be honest, it's not possible that you cycled 350km. With all the way back to get the cam, you'll have done at least 500 km😁
But she has NOT cycled 350km has she?? She is riding a MOPED!!!! Real cyclists pedal ALL for themselves. I am sure I could ride 500km before lunch if I was riding a motorbike! LoL.
@@alexmorgan3435wow you seem almost upset with each comment
@@alexmorgan3435plays the organ & his sister plays the drum! Saw a ghost eating toast halfway up a lamppost! NAKED 😮
Fabulously inspiring journey! How did you take that amazing aerial shot while riding your bike? Very beautiful
Hi Sara, I stop, set up the drone and then bike for 50mt and go back 😅
Brilliant video was some of it speeded up especially when you were following the motor bikes😂
Road bike tyres is to prefer on that type of road, due to the low rolling resistance. Fat tyres on tarmac almost feels like you have a flat tyre. But it works.
I agree its sloooww but it really does go everywhere. Can't wait to try it on the beach!
In case you might like to know for the future- lavender essential oil will make burns heal faster. Just put it on undiluted and it will mostly elim8nate the red from the burn. Putting lavender e.o. undiluted several times over an hour will cause the blisters to go down. The skin won't shed for at least a week. I keep lavender next to the stove in the kitchen as well. If for a burn on the face only do one side at a time or breath througj a straw for a few minutes as it evaporates. It works for heat burns, sun burns and cold burns ( handled dry ice barehanded).
That's very useful info, thank you Kathleen!
luvu s0 much!!
💗🤗💗
Thanks for the video!
I would really like to know what you think about life, your thinking process, goals, how ideal life should be?
Plz do reply sometime.
Love India
Hi! I think I answer all of those questions in my videos they are just a bit scattered around 😂
💗💗💗
What fun🤩
❤
Marina, if you change those fat tires for more road type, you will be surprised how easiest it becomes to pedal (battery range will expand also).
The reference for tires are written on your wheel/rim.
Then the choice between road type, semi off road... will need some thinking.
Maybe if you can show your bike to a bicycle shop, you will get excellent advice.
Also maybe those fat tire have fat tube in it, I don't know.
Good brand: Schwalbe (marathon plus and marathon mondial have a reputation for long distance bycycling)
For the rest, those hub motors are extremely reliable (depending on the brand) you won't get any issue with it.
However something bother me, the little rectangular black box behind the front wheel, I suppose this is the electronic controller; in this location it's exposed to mud and water, maybe gravels.
This is a point that needs to be monitored, perhaps improved.
Hi! I thought of it however it looks like it's not possible to do that on fat tire bikes 😩
You have quite an expensive Ebike there Marina......in euros around 1863, UK pounds £1600. The extra battery adds more cost to those figures.
Using pedal power gives you a range of around 60 miles, 96kms, it's a decent large power Samsung lithium battery 48v 17.5 ah
I crossed over the Brenner from Austria to Italy on my way to Mestre to catch the boat to Greece a few years ago, but that was on a 1200cc motorcycle, well done you for doing it on an Ebike !
Hopefully you won't forsake your motorcycle now you've discovered cycling 🚴♂️!!
Cheers 👋
I also thought it was a fairly expensive bike till i went to a local bike shop and saw bikes going for 10 000 euros. Can you believe it? Thought they had made a mistake on the price 😂
Great video, so glad you like cycle touring. ❤ I have a video on my channel about how I made my own bicycle shopping trailer. 🤓
you make amazing videos... just wish you were a story teller like "Wonder Hussy..." maybe you are better, all good my friend, you enjoy life and drone footage, that is so cool.
Se sapevo che passavi vicino casa mia ti avrei offerto un caffè 😮

Mmmmmhaaa...💋❣️
Only you aren't cycling but riding a bike with a big motor and battery powering you along, a moped.
Your achievement would be genuinely impressive if you were riding a proper bicycle where you have to pedal for yourself. I cannot see why you can't? You seem young and fit enough?
I'm not here to fit your standards of "impressiveness" sorry 🤗
Hi Marina, what a wonderful trip. I'm a cycle tourist and did a ride from newcastle upon tyne to Tehran. It was marvellous. As you say it feels so free but the part I enjoyed was being able to stop and camp when ever I wanted to. An electric bike would make the cycling easier but take away that spontaneity as the batteries will always need charged. Starting with an e bike is a brilliant way to build that fitness though and a wonderful way to travel.
Dog trailer wise, I have a Doggy Ride trailer. It's Dutch and by far the most stable I could find after much research. As someone else said though you have to be really careful on corners as they do tip.
Alexmorgan3435. Do you know the difference between positive and negative energy? It’s not all electric
What an incredible journey Lisa!!
So relaxing due to your composition and music on the bike riding video.
I don't even want to guess how many K's you back tracked to retrieve you cameras filming yourself Marina.
Sure glad you had a great time and not too many small problems to solve. Take care as always.
350k is a bit of a challenge when you’re not used to biking but we’re not used to you doing things in half measures either so well done, bit of heaven on earth round those parts apart from all the fancy dress traffic wardens 😝, good show 🥳
Beautiful scenery!!
Well done😂
Absolutely beautiful, I loved Innsbruck when I stayed there on a camping trip many years ago ❤
Google isn't very good for biking, I use Komoot instead ;-)
Very good Marina. Super video, great scenery.Glad you got home safely. Tour de France starts next month. You should enter 🇫🇷🇮🇹🏴🏴🇬🇧🚴🏼🚴🏼♂️🚴🏾♀️
Hello 🎉🎉from British Columbia Canada
🇨🇦👍🚐❤📚🎨🖌🎠🐕🛶🎪🖼👌🌲🤳🌳
Wow google maps strikes again😢
Wow such good quality roads. 350km feels so dififcukt when most roads are filled with holes.
The cycling path was REAL good! although not going to lie I would have loved some more offroad tracks. Next time!
What a terrific get away! I think attempting those hills without a pedal assisted bike would be quite something 😂...not sure I'd give it a go lol.
As for a bike carrier, thule do some excellent ones contact them and I'm sure they will send you one to try out with your squishy dumpling pumpkin 😊..I would imagine he would be some fair old lug without the pedal power lol...great vlog as always.
Thank you Jane for the tip! Definitely not feasible for me without an electric motor 😂
This was such a great trip and the cinematography had been so breathtaking. Very well done on your part, I have enjoyed Your video very much. All the love to You and your furry baby
Hello 👋 marina loving all your videos 💘 loved all your early stuff has wel xx
This is my dream. What are you crocheting?
A sweater! A bit of a headache though
The route looked amazing and enjoyable. For future trips, I share your thoughts to book accommodation with proper bed. Camping is nice too, but especially touring with a normal bike, it is so much nicer and important to have decent sleep to recover.
Amazing video Marina. Beautiful views and you did soooo well 👏🚲 I love my cycle rides and hiking trips. I prefer to do these on my own, as you know, it just clears your mind 😊 I'm thinking of cycling the Danube next year or Broadstairs (Kent) to Lands End. I think the latter would be harder and the Danube ride, quite beautiful. Planning it all is half the fun too. All the best 👍
That sounds like a cool plan Mike! Happy planning and cycling 🚲
Since I am "stuck" at home the next best thing to follow you Marina and see the World through your travels. Thank you for taking me to places I would never ever see in my lifetime. So pretty villages. Italy is so beautiful. I just dream on to see Italy in real life. Bon giorno Marina. Gracia
Hey Marina, I loved seeing those mountain roads. I'm doing a motorbike trip from Ireland and passing near Lake Como in August. I'll bring some sea glass incase I bump into you 😅 . Do you still have your motorbike?
😂 happy riding! Yes I do have the motorbike still but to be honest im using only the bicycle atm. Saving the motorbike hour a nice multiday trip
Good idea to take a trip when it’s not too hot….that bike looks great!!
