0:21, the horn, it’s the horn of the razor train. The name of this particular horn that is heard is the K5H horn, used on many of the BC Rail diesel locomotives
You might very well be right on all accounts, 'xcept this isn't the Razor Train horn. It's a generic TF2 background sound. The Razor Train horn is deeper.

$400,000 for a class 08? When you can get SD40-2s for $75K used? I don't know, seems kinda sketchy. (Yes, you can actually sometimes find SD40-2s for $75k on various classified sites. I was surprised too, but I guess it's because they're super common but not in much demand, and the individual units were run hard and put away wet)
