Very nice easy to follow tutorial! :) I love making these and do them with square pattern also. I charge $7 or 2 for $12 but I add a hanger and use insul-brite. It works much better than traditional batting (I've taken a hot iron & set it on pad on my hand and barely felt it lol) and if doubled up can be used for insulating hot or cold bags. Thanks again for great video!
Deanna Thank you for all the craftspirations. These hotpads are going to be my Christmas gifts this year. How easy and they are super cute. I love your choice if fabrics. I am hooked on your channel. 🦋
I think this is the fastest hot pad you can make. And they're so cute too. If you use 5" squares - and do the exact same thing you have coasters. Thank you
Hi Deanna, if I lived around you I would definitely come to the show you will be at!!! There is going to be so much to see!! I love the variety of different handmade crafts I can't wait for you next project/ video - great work- hugs from Canada - Laurie
Hi Deanna! Watched your tutorial again, while making this cute Hot pad! I made one in 10 inch and one in 9 inch for Christmas gifts. They are so cute! Planning to make more this weekend! Thanks for a well explained tutorial!
I love these! Quick and easy. I make items for a nun who holds a craft fair each October to raise money for the school's music program. I'm working on fleece scarves, but wanted at least one more quick project since I need to get these mailed in a couple weeks. I think this is perfect! Thanks! Blessings all!!!! 💜💜
I wish I lived close to you I would definitely buy these, you can’t find good hot pads anymore, they are so thin they burn your hands, my mother in law use to make all the daughter in love hot pads when she was still here!😊
These are cute as can be! I need a new pin cushion. I love yours. I would love for you to do a tutorial on those. Love all your Craft ideas. Thank you Deanna!
These are really cute! Sewing isn't what I do best, but I think I can handle these! They would be cute using team fabrics, also. I'm not a sports fan, but I know a lot of people who are. Thanks for sharing! P.S. What is that white thing bobbing around in the background? It's driving me crazy, trying to figure it out. lol
You had me at "team fabrics"!!! I'm an Angels baseball fan and love buying items with their logo - bowl cozies, coin purses, bags. I might just have to start sewing again.
These are adorable!!! Is that enough padding to take a hot plate out of the oven? I am definitely going to try these. I have a bunch of 10 inches squares already for bowl koozies. PERFECT.. I think the price is awesome also, like other's said 1 for $6 or 2 for $10. TYSVMFS
Just for fun I think I you feel more comfortable using a thicker batting you can use that. I know also there is a kind of batting at Joanns that is like a heat resistant kind.
Deanna is it ok if I send you a question about these to your email? I hate to bother you. It might require a picture to answer my question to you is why I ask. Tyvmia
I would pay at least $10 for each. Great job. ❤️❤️

Great Video I can't wait to start this weekend and make some for christmas for my family
Is the back the only one that has the fusible batting on it? Thank you! These are super cute!
As usual another great video love it

So cute. And I was thinking $6 each or 2/$10
Thank you
I was looking for something to sew for Christmas and this is perfect. Do you ever put the insulation sheet in them?
Awesome! No ma’am I dont
These are great,, seem super easy,, 6 dollars is a great price..
Helen Vandagrifft thank u!
Great idea!
Beautiful idea. Thanks for sharing your great tutorial.
Thank you!
Love it!! Could you please tell me what size you cut the squares into? Thanks.
Just found you. Love this one. Question. What is the padding that you used. ??does it have SKU number?
I use a Pelion batting. I’m sorry I don’t have the sku number. Thank you for watching!
great tutorial! i am a beginner in sewing and i have a question. What kind of a foot for your machine do you use ? thank you.
I think $6 is good because it can be used as a potholder and hot pad...so $6 or 2/$10 is what I would price them as. They are usually cute.
Kiesha's Kreations thank u! Agree!
I love these. Gonna make some. ❤️
Your welcome but I must ask where do get all those different size cellofene bags? hugs Agnes
Hi ma'am can any other batting work?
Love it!!!!
My mom makes these and does really well. She sales hers for $2 each. She has sold out several times.
Awesome!

Lol I think it’s a spool of thread

I was thinking you put a lot of work into him I think it's a good price$6 each
Really nice 👍🏼

Crafty Crafts By Deanna. Is this enough?
Just for fun I think I you feel more comfortable using a thicker batting you can use that. I know also there is a kind of batting at Joanns that is like a heat resistant kind.
