I just have to tell you I love everything you do! I swear you read my mind with the suggestions you mention! I also keep seeing so many of the same products and it’s hilarious, the reason being that my personal style is Anna Griffin and I probably have 90% of what she makes so I really don’t carry a lot of other designers yet I keep seeing Christmas paper and ribbons that I do have. You are so motivating and informative as well. There has been a lot of drama in our family in the last couple of months, serious issues that we honestly can’t do much about, but in all of the videos I’ve watched (and I’ve become addicted to UA-cam) only yours have gotten me out and about. I just can’t thank you enough. Btw my grandmother grew up in Boerne. I haven’t ever been there but did spend a week in Fredericksburg and loved it. The people in Texas remind me of Southerners with their kindness, hospitality, and generosity of spirit and you my dear epitomize that. One of my favorite “cousins” and her Mom live in Texas now, moving back after we finished high school. Again, thank you for all you’re doing and I’m so happy your channel has grown so rapidly, from what I can tell you just started this year? Do you sell your things anywhere other than Craft Fairs? I’d love to chat more about that. Much love ❤️
Have you seen the eyeball version of this? You use the individually wrapped wintergreen Life Savers (they come in a bag, at Walmart). You position two of them in the matchbook and staple. Use a permanent black marker, like a Bic or Sharpie, and make a pupil on the wrapper. Great for Halloween.
You can see it here: ua-cam.com/video/dEPCfdLE-1Y/v-deo.html She punched black circles for the pupils and added white highlights instead of using the marker.
Omg Deanna these are amazing!! I am so making these for my kids classes for Halloween! I love making the classes things for every holiday. Your papers are so cute 😀 thanks again for another great idea!!
A dollar is too cheap for such a good quality gift... The cost of the material and labor is far worth more than only $1.00 that paper she is using is expensive! I would do $2.00 each or 2/ $3.00
@Judi Christopher I base the price on what I think a willing buyer would pay. Non-crafters have no knowledge of paper quality nor do they care. It's about the look and the value to them. If she can get two dollars great, but I'll be surprised. For a full size M&M maybe; but the mini-size? I'm skeptical. It may be possible, depending on the market/location.
Dinahsoar I do it all the time... I have been a crafter for over 20 years... this is NOT a HOBBY ... This is my income!!! Personally... I sell this style/craft for $3.00 each or 2/$5.00 I have been selling my patented Gold Rush Horse Liniment for over 34 years... I do the same thing with it, example: Buy one bottle Double strenght for $16.00 or 2/$15.00 ea on my Triple Strength it is Buy one bottle for $20.00 or 2/ $18.00 ea. What surprises me, is that they'll go for the more expensive one, and buy 2 of them, because it is Triple strength and they know they might not see me again for months!!! A crafter has to show every penny that cost them to make their gift... Including the Rent, the electricity, water etc... and I'm not talking about just their booth rent... I'm talking about everything... Unless it is a weekend crafter that has someone help them pay the rent (I don't).. and they don't depend on the sell of their craft to make a living (I do)... Most crafters, do not factor in their wage... they don't pay themselves an hourly rate... I don't... I take the cost of the craft... and Xs it by 3... or more depending on how hard it is to make.. Last year I was off .02 cents on my liniment... at the end of the year... it cost me $196.00 Soooo I do know what I'm talking about.... Thank you, ;)
Cute, yeah... except for you're adding even more packaging to the world. It's already wasteful to buy "fun size" candies. Don't boo me.😎 I love Halloween, but y'all oughta reduce, reuse, & recycle as you apply your skills. Love💚 & candy🍫🍭! ✊💪🗽😼🌊
