Hi. My name is Darek and in this video I'll show you how I did The ROCKET STOVE HEATER to my workshop.
If you have not heard about the rocket stove, be sure to look for information on the Internet. The wellmade rocket stove can heat up very strongly, burning a little wood.
I'm very pleased with the end result, It works very well!
The main materials which I used:
- A square tube 120x120x3 mm
- A pipe 120x5 mm
- A pipe 150x0,5 mm
- An old water tank 300x2mm

Hey!, Do not apologise for this video, it's awesome.
37, from Scotland, looking to create a 2nd biochar retort kiln using some of this design.
a paper sketch of your design would be very handy, not sure how pm works on you tube. cheers...
I would love to see a diagram of this as well 40 USA flooring installer and father love to create memories with my family
this is a great design and very well made . 46 from Brisbane ,Australia , Automotive engineer. It doesn`t get cold enough here for a rocket stove but i still want to build one .
Hello from South Carolina, USA. I am a 55 yr old mechanical engineer who likes to design and build useful machines and devices with metal.
Hello new to your channel
38 I’m a transporter on my off time lobe to build thing and I’m a back yard engineer from Washington state USA
This time I'll use woodprix to make it by my hand :)
Fantastic also to me. Pure awesomeness!
Not only an advanced rocket stove, but I think that's the most I've ever seen anyone do with just an angle grinder and stick welder! That one build paid for the tools, for sure! Ah, I'm a retired guy in Florida, USA. I teach "shop" and fabrication technique to engineering students. I have so much welding equipment and so many tools, but you're doing much more with much less! I like your stove, it looks like the wood can feed itself for a long time, and you have some control of the air coming in, which most rocket stoves do not. Good design!
I cannot translate this, but there's some saying in Poland : "Polak dzięki chęci to i z g**na bat ukręci".
Leonard Pearlman right! Just 2 tools, know how and passion. It is really a great job, fine cutted and with fine regulations built in.

Well, if you teach shop LP, why no comments on his safety factor? Really, grinding and welding with no gloves? Common man, that is just BS! That being said, this project is worthwhile, just be careful guys, Iv'e got the the weld burns to prove it, and that was with protective gear.
I am in the central south U.S. It doesn't get as cold but still need efficient heat. I drive a truck, 36 years, I am 55. many children and grandchildren. This build is my favorite so far. You are very creative in your work. thank you and I wish you all the best !
Hey amazing build, I love the secondary air intake and all the details . The vortex you have created is perfect, mixing the the gases in the heat riser, increasing heat and combustion. Well done !
The vortex shown is the best and most intense I have seen so far on UA-cam and all my friends shops too.
23 year old swedish eletcrician, I like cars and technology. Really like your videos, they give me inspiration to do my own stuff!
Gött folk
Alexander Nilsson, I will subscribe to your channel to give you some inspiration to put out your own videos now that you’re a 25 year old Swedish electrician that likes cars and tech.
Very nice heater. I am a high school welding instructor, several of my 1st year students have built rocket stoves. They are starting a heater now and will use many of the ideas from your video.
It is veru nice to hear that!
I have built four rocket stoves so far and have heated my home with only these the past five years. I joined Patreon to support you and get access to your plans. I will build this one for the coming winter. Keep up the great work!!
Great build video. How about a few words on the theory of this design. What do the extra ports/channels/holes do. Thanks!
Wow! That vortex was amazing! Its a Nice stove.. keep the good work budy
Arnaldo Doi arnaldo I have a vortex generator in my first build from 2015. You might like it , check my channel :)
Wow! I have watched lots of R.S. builds, this one however blew me away with the details. The vortex inducing secondary air inlet was genius. Thanks for such a great video.
Great job man. Get some gloves though!!
wow a lot going on. I will definitely watch again and try keep up lol. my name is Jeremy I am from Oklahoma I am 41 yrs old. I am kinda a jack of all trades. I have worked professionally as a metal fabricator truck driver and heavy equipment operator. due to health reasons I have pretty much had to retire. I have since been learning knife making. I was raised in a cabinet/wood shop. I am going to have to check out some more of your builds. thanks for the upload. I loved everything except the music. I must also say I am impressed that you chose to use a real man's welder. you know one that takes real skill. if you can only afford 1welding machine best make it a stick. Almost anyone can make do with a mig. it takes skill to run a stick.
Wait a second. After reading some of these comments, WOW! So many trolls out there unable to focus on the good this young man is creating. Any imperfections.....well let's see what you can make!!!
Cattle farmer from Australia (family fled Poland prior to WW1) Nice job! A link for plans would be great. I have made a simple rocket stove for the wife, but chimney is also rhs and as such for me does not draw properly without the cylindrical chimney. Will do a remake at a later date.
The one thing I have noticed about having a rocket stove is that we, 1. Save on lpg and 2. we pick up a lot of sticks and wood out of the paddocks that would otherwise get burnt by bushfires etc!
Pozdrawiam serdecznie.
Thanks for your video. You should buy a cheap CUT50 $200 plasma cutter I think you would enjoy it
Nice work. Aussie here who lives in Melbourne, Australia. Married to a beautiful Polish women 😉
Thats the biggest bong i've ever seen
@phục êwê but it's smokeless...???
@@antoncolbo If your bong has smoke coming out the chimney you're doing it wrong, lol.
Cool build, .... I mean hot, well you know what i mean. It's a smoking good build.
Keep the builds coming
Marius from Romania
Great video, awesome simplistic yet efficient design. One of the best i've seen so far i think.
Could you PLEASE make another video where you explain in general how it works and maybe an update on how it has been performing?
I mean i get the general idea of it all, but i'd love to hear your personal vision.
One thing i'm not sure of, is what did you attach the rod to, and i didn't see it afterward when it was painted black.
Pełen szacunek dla Pana 👍👍👍
Super robota.
Darek - medal Bialego Orla dla Ciebie !! Jarek musi sie sprezyc i Ciebie nagrodzic w tym roku ! Robisz dla kraju wiecej niz 3 ministerstwa !
Ministerstwa robią coś odwrotnego
OMG ... I know NOTHING about welding, except I've been around it all my life, ... dad and ex-husband both weld ... but, know enough to know YOU are the KING of welders!!! WOW!!! I called an audience in here to watch this video! YOU are talented!!!
Very nice work this is Formula 1 of rocket stoves!
Polonci boli vždy koumáci. Gratulujem !
Man that is a MONSTER rocket stove. Excellent craftsmanship 👍👍. I really wanna get me a welder like that.so i could make some projects like this. Really enjoyed seeing u work. greetings from the u.s. 🇺🇸
Very cool, I like your design. Thank you for sharing your amazing video. God bless you and your family
The Vortex is the best part of the rocket stove. This has to be the best performing stove that uses the least amount of wood, PERIOD !!!!!!
This is why I watch "Made in Poland". Another job well done fella.
Panie za takich Polaków duma rozpiera
Great rocket stove. This is one of the handful of legit builds on YT. So many don't get it right. Love it.
Hey Darek, Great jobb on the video!
I notice the links to further RS research are unavailable just thought I would let you know :D::D
Dude, you have some mad metal skills.
Very nice build with minimal cost too! Wear some gloves when welding brother! UV is bad for you!
what is the height of the pipe 120 and 160 mm?
¿?¿?¿? Wtf??? what did you do? a rocket stove or a nuclear reactor?? great work!!! like and subscribe!!!
Nicely done! The best part is you did it with a stick welder! Real skill! Thanks for sharing!
Dzięki za kolejne doskonałe wideo. Mam prośbę - czy mógłbyś zaktualizować linki z opisu? Ponadto, masz gdzieś plany czy robiłeś z głowy? Pozdrawiam - Tomek
You, sir, are a pro craftsman. That build is amazing! So many details coming together perfectly.
Hi Darek , Thanks for this and all your other builds! Just 1 question about the plans for this rocketstove: The plans don't seem to include the vent bit ( @ 03:48 ) for the highriser. Is that intentionally ( Is it better without ) ?
I would recommend gloves, especially when welding
Wow your really good!!!! Really smart set up for being a patron. I am really surprised more people haven't taken advantage of your skill & plans. Put more tag words for people who search. You are very talented..... Good luck to ya brother!!!
Lot of work put into that. Very nice, thanks for sharing!
Thanks for the great video Darek. I've thought of using something like this for a sauna stove. I'd enclose the gas balloon in a mesh cage filled with rock. The balloon body would be the only part of the stove actually in the sauna. Feeder and oxygen draw would come from the other side of the wall. Do you see any reason why this wouldn't work?
wow! nice skilz!
Any male who watches this and doesn't wish he possessed such skills - I question his masculinity... Just. WOW. Amazing craftsmanship and meticulous care to detail with no apparent inattention or oversight. Simply brilliant. THANK YOU.
Again Great Work Darek. Keep going in your warm Shed.
Greets from Germany
Really nice work, man! Sweet!
Obejrzałem tych filmów mnówstwo dużo teorii Wreszcie zbudowałem sam i .... szkoda było roboty nie widzę żeby lepiej grzał niż zwykła koza odpalana od góry tylko głos wydaje lepszy. Ile energi wprowadzisz tyle uzyskasz ciepła użebrowana rura spalinowa nagrzewa pomieszczenie błyskawicznie i wylot też jest zimny a konstrukcja o niebo prostsza
Rekawice spawalnicze! Nie tylko oczy trzeba chronic przez UV...
Nice design but unfortunately any riser made of metal will be severally damaged within a year. I have seen several made and the outcome is always the same. Research more and you will see.
Simply put clay mix with high heat refraction cement and perlite will last much longer. Steel never could never withstand the test of time.
Now the world knows that Poles may build panzer tanks from... scratch metal 👍💪
To improve this stove you can add a "Sand Battery" to it which will allow it to continue to put out heat even after the fire goes out. Take a 15 to 20 centimeter pipe, cap 1 end, split it lengthwise down the middle, weld each half to the outside of the barrel and fill with sand. The fire will heat the sand and then the sand will release the heat.
Excellent build on the Rocket Stove. I've built one but not to the detail of yours. Are you getting lots of heat from it in your workshop?
Yes there is a lot of hit from this stove :)
IMHO: I WISH YOU HAD BEEN ABLE TO SHOW MORE DETAILS ON THE "DRAWINGS/PLANS", AND A BIT MORE OF THE FINISHED STOVE, RATHER THAN JUST A BUNCH OF SHORT CLIPS OF THE FABRICATION PROCESS. GOOD TO SEE!, BUT COULD'VE BEEN MORE INFORMATIVE. THANKS!!!
Absolutely amazing build, I only wish that you would have listed the stuff you used to build it. Would love to build one for my family and I from your specifications.
Great work
Next on "Made In Poland" ; Build your own space shuttle with household materials!
-cool shit, as usual!
At first i was like "co to kurwa jest" but then it was clear, and not bad
Fucking AMAZING brother so glad I found your channel! I'm a fabricator and prop builder and will definitely be adding you to my amazing human play list! Thanks for keeping me inspired!
Nice work and super weld!
Unfortunately your metal core will degrade quickly from the high temps.
I was wondering how the burn chamber would handle the high temperatures as it appears to be just steel? Does not steel oxidise at temps that the vortex operates at, that is why most designs use fire brick or some kind of fire proof concrete for the burn chamber and vortex box. You did a great design and engineered it really well, I just wonder about the choice of materials...
One of the best rocket stoves I have seen on UA-cam. Very well thought out. Sweeeeet vortex!!!!! Denver, Colorado
Great build. Thanks for sharing. Quick question - it's been just over two year since your build. What shape is your vortex gate in now and how would one replace if necessary due to burn-out. Maybe I missed something.
Where the h*** is your PPE personal protective equipment hahaha lol
Finally a welder who filters the welding in the videos. Ty4 saving my eyes. Shalom
I never saw the first one so thanks for adding this again. I love you design. Maybe I can sponsor you to come to America and you can make one for me too!
I want one
Wow! Jakie zajebiste!
Polish people rock! Don Grosh
Great job mate and very enjoyable vid. Thanks for sharing!
Kawał dobrej roboty! Daję suba i łapę i zapraszam czasem na mój wiejski kanał!
Idubbbz has made such a scar on this song lol as soon as I heard it I was expecting edups to crawl out somewhere. Thank you for reminding me of better times.
Oh and cool stove lol
Respect. It is a gasifier rocket stove. Exelent job. Best rocket stove that I have ever seen.
Siema. Tez bede robił na przyszłą zimę do swojego warsztatu. Masz panie jakieś plany albo szkice jak to w przekroju wygląda. dobra robota!
Siema.
Good job!
Great job :) (56 machinist and ME DK/TR)
Wow this Pollock just wiped out at least a century of German craftsmanship overkill!
Way to go Poland great job!!! This isn't exactly a portable unit but I can see it will give
you many years of service and with a lot of attention on safety. 👍🏾✌🏾️🤘🏽🖖🏾😎
Can't say that I understood all that went on, but I understood the out come.
Nice build, congrats from Canada
One doubt what's the point of insulating the inner tube (combustion chamber), it would irradiate to the gas cilinder chamber anyway or it gets too hot?
To create such an intense heat that the exhaust gases ignite. A properly designed rocket heater has close to 0 emissions.
Simple tools, job well done! I congratulate you!
Sam tez wykonałem taki piec do swojego garażu z rury o przekroju 160mm, tylko gdzieś chyba popełniłem błąd, ponieważ u mnie normalnie dymi z komina chociaż palę drewnem.
Aha! Very nice!
Nice build! I also build stuff out of scrap metal like a bandsaw mill & a greenhouse that turns to track the sun on my UA-cam channel am planning to build a water jacket RS for water heating soon . Keep up the good work 👍
very nice that stove, could you put the measurements and plans of it?
Amazing build! Keep it up.
How does it work at night do you have to keep feeding it all night or will it burn for x amount of hours nice build thanks for sharing the video but my question is how long will it go between feeds and thanks again
I don't really get where the part where you see the vortex flame is filmed from? Is it from underneath?? It looks like the flame is coming from the right, and then spins away from the viewer.
this vid made me sub :D dont worry about the music haters. I say very good video with a show of your skillz in the workshop.
now just pack one up and send to me... lol. thanks for the instructions, I will make one myself now.
Stick welding like a ninja
Very well done! Thank you for the video
Raczej solidny piec.
Amazing video and work my friend 😇 so glad I saw channel and I subscribed. I'm sharing this on Facebook. Blessings 😇
Amazing build love it
