    Man I have to give props, this the first workout I’ve tried that got me questioning my own existence and made my vision go blurry and sweat coming out of every pore in my body. Am gonna do it again tomorrow.

    just discovered your videos Fraser & having not trained for 5 years, these videos are perfect for me to get back into it. Love how its simple follow along, no BS ! Some other channels give advice and you have write all their shit down and its hard to follow. This is simple but so effective. I'm currently doing each workout twice !       RSD Really good bro! I used to be a skinny boy. During 4-5 months I have been working with this great man routines and from now i'm really noticing great resulta, my physique has changed a lot, i highly recommend this man routines.
