So for me, only the left would connect. I tried EVERYTHING!! Resetting them in the app, pressing them both to hard reset, unpairing them, etc. By complete accident I found out that if I let the left one connect and take it out, leaving the right one in the charger, close for a few seconds and open it again, the right one would then pair up instantly after. 🤷♀

Bonjour tt le monde , jai un soucis assez relou avec ces écouteur, quand j'écoute du son , sa arrive qu'ils se mettent sur pause sans raison en plein milieu d'une musique et je suis obligé de deverouillé mon tel pour que le son se re-active. Grave relou !!!! Si qqun a la solution je le remercie infiniment.

Have you ever connect your earbuds with other devices? If you have, try to delete the connected data from the other devices, and keep the connected setting with your currently used device. I hope it goes well! 🤔🍀

I’ve tried everything. I mean everything from UA-cam videos to Reddit and Samsung forums. I’m done with this. Going with apple. At least this bs doesn’t happen.

I also have met this same issue that didn't easily to work this tip, but I keep to try it to re-put the earbuds to cradle with pushing the earbuds a little bit stronger to equip part.. If this tip has not worked for your earbuds, unfortunately it will be need to contact to A/S. 😢 I hope it goes well!✨
