- Finally stripped down the whole chassis and uncovered more and more damages. Lets see if this chassis is safe to work with or is it better to get a new chassis. Let me know what you guys think and enjoy the video.

Hey bud. You can sort the floor out easy as. Bud unfortunately with that chassis rot I'd say that shell is as good as gone! Hopefully you can sort it
Valcas Garage sells panels for welding in, There are other manufacturers that also sell stamped panels for E30s out there. but this car's got some pretty nasty rot. Might be worth finding another chassis as a donor (or find a car with rear rust and do some transplanting)? I'd definitely get the best welder you know on it to do it right and to do some SERIOUS rustproofing to keep the rot from spreading. Saving an E30 is always a noble cause. Good luck! Don't skimp on the POR-15 and the like.

Watching you pull the entire harness out of the car without anything labeled...oooof. That's gonna be a PAIN to get back in correctly.
It's pretty rough in the front section, that rail is toast. You can probably find most of the panels online though, and then just weld it in. But just add up the price of all the parts you would need and compare it to the price of a cleaner chassis
Yeah that’s what I was thinking too. It’ll be cheaper to find another car with a good chassis

please do yourself a favor and get a clean shell. if there is this much rust inside, can you imagine what is lurking underneath? you'll need to replace half of the sheetmetal before this is said and done
Yeah I decided to get rid of it once I saw the what was under the car, there was pretty much nothing left. It would’ve been dumb to even attempt to fix that lol.

Only thing that might be worth to save is a roof. Cut it off that body and mb reuse it in next one =)

The subframes and chassis frames were super gone when I checked the underneath so I had to get rid of it. In search of another one at the moment

Painful you had to scrap it but I think a good decision. Get al the bits of it they will come in handy
