@@OoXLR8oO What is the most representative aspect from the NFT´s. Exactly, they don´t have, because most of them are the same but with diferent colors, or with insignificant variations; like the events in Duel Links, the same cycle of the same events, but with diferent names.
Also, all the NFT´s are not repetitive such as not at all the Duel links events are the same

I ran to a similar deck tho this one was not an autokill one, he banished our monster with inferno tempest and was trying to kill me with the Paleozoic traps , at the end I deck out , those were the more painful 41 turns I ever had.

played against someone using metalphoes and para something, i was using a megalith deck, literally the very first duel i had for the even and it lasted 17 turns, it was actually quite nice going back and forth, had him down to his last 8 cards, managed to stall out and get around his traps so there wasn't much they could do, i was about to win and they just surrendered once they realised , and they had the cheek to have true duelist in their title card. Normally i'd understand it but you still get medals for losing and with the game going on for 17 turns and being back and forth, you'd think they'd have the respect to lose it properly
They still have the hippos' back plan to OTK: Leeching the Light.
Leeching Hippos is my main plan tbh, Suicide decks is boring, So my main strat is much stall to get kaiju, Hippo and leeching, Suicide decks are lame asf...

Most hippos deck I saw run otk, if they didn't draw any, they just went to suicide

I beat the hippo otk with fairy box in my gamble deck.
Ah fuck, I actually faced off with the same deck on the event. I was so traumatized by it from Standard that I've pretty much dumped all my set spells and traps just to stop whatever they're doing. I thought they're up to something so the duel went pretty long and he just decided to scoop than stay longer when they couldn't suicide. Now I feel kinda bad.
don't be, this is farming scum, a loss is 50 medals, a disconnect/surrender is none, if you pull this suicide shit you don't deserve the medals and deserve the duel to be as long and annoying as possible

Also fyi that deck is an OTK/suicide combo, if your hand is bad you can opt for suicide.

Actually no xd, you win 500 point for wining and only 50 for losing, literally is 10 times worse
This is definitely not the case you would have to lose 10 times to equal the same amount of points as a win.
Kinda depends, if you have Leeching the Light on hand it becomes a win. If you don't it's a loss. The main point why people still do it : It's fast no matter win or lose.
You always get 50 points no matter how you loose or what deck you use, so this counterproductive.
@@mrsnail8664 noup it's all about time lose, You can lose ir win a match 20min to 30min on 1 duel... You don't have warranty about that.... But if You lose ya can warranty 50 gems in 2 min ir 3min
Just had a 48 turn duel against a timelord deck and it made be reconsider if it worth trying to win or just suicide my ass.
me too i have to surrender against spirit reaper. Cant do anything with dimensional fissure. Finished my grind after 1 day. learned my lesson. And off to rank i go to play my newly treasure and it still the same as it in the event.
Forbidden Chalice, lost wind, number 70 and black ship corn are good cards to counter timrlords.

Yeah that deck sure is fun but then again the other option is losing a coin toss and start my turn staring at Dragublion and that other cancer dragon ready to make me lose hope about the game and life in general, at least is quick I guess.
Running Kaijus against Timelords is my favorite thing cause they're all smug like "Heheheh just try to get rid of this" and I'm just like "Lol tributed"

The only difference between decks that Master Duel Players use in Ranked against decks in Master Duel players use during an event is that the win condition is removed.
If it's not suicide players, it's every version of Metalfoes turbo or Heart-earth spam.
Meanwhile I had the stupid idea to use this event to learn Code Talkers.

I used Cyberse Code Talkers with Mathmechs in the event. Using Powercode Talker with Mathmech Multiplication gets you BIG DAMAGE

@@SoulHero7 In one of my matches I got Powecode Talker over 10.000 attack utilizing its ability to send a card it points to to double its attack, then using Mathmech Multiplication to double it even further! Its really awesome when you can pull it off.
@Ignister with Encode Talker here... Spinning that hearth xyz (Ritual) or fusing their links for Golem is so fun (Need a low rarity Cyberse synchro thou)
And indeed, math is a great... "Addition" go the deck (Insert fake laughs)
I don't blame them. I played a 20 minute duel only for Konami to DC me and give me nothing for it.
I played intense back and foward match for about half an hour just to get 50 points when losing. It’s good game but it’a really make me feel dumb not using suicide deck somehow 😂
Ive seen this deck before. The objective is to get leeching the light and summon that monster to the opponents side of the field and activate a second copy of that token summoning card. Now, thanks to leeching the light, you have 5 3300 attack beat sticks to hit face. Otherwise its game over unless jelly cannon/nightmare steel cage to stall for more card draw.

Tbh, I like the events. They encouraged me to use the different decks I had and to be creative with reworking on of my other decks. Sadly, there will always be people who will autokill themselves in the game to “get rewards faster” but meanwhile actually playing and winning gets you more rewards so…… They can be them, and I can be me I guess.
Tbh every duel isn't worth playing over 20 turns just to scrape by with a win. Everyone can't give that much time to this game so I personally don't mind it.

Reached the 10000 medals , never faced any suiciders. But I faced 5 Metalfoes [True King & Deskbot variants] 5 Megaliths , and everything else was either a free win because of really bad decks , or opponents rage quiting. I was playing a Gouki Control deck. MVP card was Switcheroroo , won 3 games because of it
Ive been having fun using a Leeching light hippos deck and Gadget infinitrack deck they're both super fun, Suicide hippos dissapoint me greatly...

I ran into a different self-tk playe, they were using some old card that let you change a monsters level by paying life points.
I had a dude just now that was insistent on stalling. He just spammed Battle Fader, Hippos in Defense, etc. all to waste time. Then forfeit. Like c'mon man; I get that meta decks aren't fun to fight, but neither is this.

I just found one of those today.
They kaiju'd my facedown DD Lady Warrior with the 2300 ATK wind Kaiju.
Then summoned a Perfomapal Hippo and 4 Hippo Tokens, and you know what they did after it.
I had a convulsory set, but a free win is a free win, and idk if it would have worked with Tokens.

I wish i saw ftkers in the last three or four days ive seen one, everyone else is either player those stupid flame kings, megalith, or metalfoes, or friggin trains, with a loot of timelord sprinkled in between getting stoved in just because someone just happens to have 2+ dinomiscus or xyz into malevolent sin makes me wanna stick my head in a blender at least then i can say weeeeee while screaming in pain

I faced a deck with hippo carnival but I got OTK'd by the tokens. I was a little mad about it, because my opponent had all of the cards in hand on their first turn
But is a fast loss, so meh, let's keep going

When the Light is Leeched:
Took 20 min to finish against gadget with sky striker and get 50 in the end. Then i switch to suicide in 20 minute got 1000. The difference seriously far away.
To be fair, sky striker migth be the slowest deck you could use for this.
@@ZorrilloAlx i use marincess, infinitrack, even otk hippos. The draugblion whatever that thing name comes out and megalith. Think.exe gone so faster way, lesser stress. After that i go rank blow the steam.

depends on the length of the duels. I've played some duels that took a long time just to lose . selftk decks lose in 1 minute. Selftk decks will farm all medals in 3hrs of play.
Since NR starts I have not seen anyone made their own deck, everyone copy decks. So I made time wasting burn deck to torture everyone that meets me.

this was literally the first match i had in the NR event XD
The only deck im running into is the one with the hybrid of Infinitrack and Gadgets and they either Xyz summon into the Spiders, or into Dragubluon and bring out Heart-eartH Dragon. That's pretty much all I see. Oh, and Armed Dragon too. And now im also seeing people still using Tri-Brigades even in the N/R event...
and here im 11k point not a single one faced suicide deck, how?

I had a very different experience with that deck. My opponent filled their board with the tokens and Hippo, then used Leeching the Light to make them all big, looking for the OTK. My back row staved it off and he stalled for a few turns trying to cheese me with Timelords. Backrow saved the day.
Oh god a Timelord leeching hippo? Thats nasty.... I like the Leeching hippo strat but Timelord in that deck leaves a foul taste....

Am I the only one that decided to run Relinquished in this event? I haven't met anyone once and only all the other decks people are naming here...I was so excited for this event where it could be a chance to truly have duelists not rely on modern YGO tactics but it just turned into...Draglubion/Heart-Earth spam with Infinitrack/Seven Sins, Impcantation for Chaos and Metalfoes...Only ran into Yosenju once and a very rare Majespecter one.
Jokes aside there is a hippo carnival OTK that does basically this but makes the hippos have 3300 attack, and they steal back the kaiju, it also conveniently loses to needle ceiling.

For like 1 day, i was just running a Self Burn Deck. D/D/D Cards drop 2000 damage to users because if they ban the D/D/D Cards, D/D/D archetype basically is dead.
I got someone spooked with shrink but, I made a mistake. Somehow tho, it scared my opponent just enough for them to surrender. You might get a laugh out of it 😂

Meanwhile me, just went for a 28 turns duel, against fkin psyframe/yosenju
I had a terrible starting hand, but it had 2 danger thunderbirds. And the yugioh protagonist sniped both of them (amazin -2), I almost scooped just out of spite. By turn four I was at 2400LP, empty board, and my opp was +3.
In the last turn of the duel I tried to resolve the third danger thunder bird, he also sniped it out.
If I had given up I wouldn't have a 28 turn duel, but, damn that win was crazy.

Sora and Bakura are NOT events, they’re grinding duelists with the same deck for RNG. At least MD has a variety in duels with better rewards for their event.
The Wave Duel event was an event, because at least there was some kind of variety, and not just min-maxing points for faster completion or more rewards.

I don't think I'm ready for events yet. I only just did my first ranked duel after months of solo. I ended up winning while only damaging through card effects and taking no damage.
