Paint, brushes, pens and paper are tools to make something..what this is someone taking someone else's creation to and making a video out of clips and game play neither of which he made. And posting it on the internet. That's by definition lazy art. And laptop art ends when the battery dies my art keeps going cause I can take my finger and draw in the earth if I don't have anything else to work with.

You could banish Balancer Lord from yout deck with Watt Hydra and summon a Watt from hand. Thats the only good synergy it has with Cyberse cards

Instead, we get told Sigma Balls.
Watttuna does not have any restrictions, as long as one of your monsters deals battle damage by direct atk it can be summoned. You can use any level 4 to tribute from hand/or field to do the wattkyuki into chimera or hydra.
So as long as it's whatever that it isn't searchable (outside of small world) it can be used. Tuna gets used a lot in Suship for those reasons.

All those text walls + time limit rules while playing/having a turn really supports the "nah I somewhat know what this card does and thus I will not read" (only for the meta cards of course) 😂
