I think that's possible on iOS if you can press flip at .000, unpress it at .033, and repress it at .067 (with a .017 window on each one), but that's much easier said than done on a touchscreen (I don't consistently get it and I spam V/Space on Mac)
I saw on a previous comment how you phased through the line at 1:50. Could it be possible to do the same at 13:07 due to the small distance between the floor and line?

the tower isn't that hard, but it's also like ten rooms in one so it tends to rack up a ton of deaths compared to other rooms.
