The New Terminal One and Terminal 6 are being built from scratch now. Terminal 8 received new joint BA/AA lounges and check-in areas. The renovation of concessions is in progress…

Most of the construction work right now is focused on terminals 1 and 5, while you flew into terminal 1. It may get some expansion down the line but not much as its already a decent terminal

Resorts World in Vegas is a Hilton property, but in New York it’s Hyatt. That’s weird.
