Tim i'm proud to say that the most stable truck you've purchased so far was the r series, i'm not to sure about how i could possibly comment on the volvo but just by the looks of it she needs a new cab and a couple extra parts to make her complete. Apart from that great video as always good to see your old rig stil being in use. 👍

Can’t wait see what you find next when you’ve removed the cab, as could be open another can of worms. Hi Tim! When I was buying a new car, I used Car Vertical to check for previous crashes. It shows pictures, dates, and other information about the car before the repair. I don't know if it works with trucks, but there must be some company that can get that information? Hope you've still got the V8 key chain I bought you!
I gotta admit. I did heavy haulage in New Zealand. If I was going 5min up the road. I still used chains. It's about been professional. But enjoy ya videos brother
And some strap protectors! plus some ropes as there's when a rope is far more practical to hold things not needing "Brute" force.

It seems like no one mentioned that the volvo has been in an accident when he bought it. That's why the cab is wonky.
You can also see the 2nd shade of silver/gray at the back where it probably got patched up.

100% check the seal is there manufactures charge for everything. I'm sure they would charge for the air in the packaging if they could
Swap it over for a T cab. Any thing can be made to fit anything with some work and would really be a one off.

Send it to auction might find the chassis twisted aswell if it's been on its side.
Or at least have the chassis laser inspected to make sure it's straight
Or atleast drop check it ( a technique used up to about 30 years ago which used a plumb bob and a chalk string) that would be enough to know if it's out or not then you can use laser to see by how much it's out if really necessary.
