Will retire in Maine in 3 yrs, have to decide where, siding with the Lakeville area, more water than what we saw in Presque Isle. Ate diner at Governor’s restaurant,nice people.
You could list this for $50 and somebody would say it's overpriced I literally just saw a waterfront camp that needed a complete overhaul on a quarter acre in Lincoln for 400k and 100 acres with a five-bedroom house just in a different County the value you can get in Maine is still better than anywhere else in the country
As a buyer who is looking at houses remotely, there are 2 things that I wish you had included. 1- A room to room walk through without cuts to help understand the actual layout of the property. 2- An overhead view of the property with lot lines to help understand what the boundaries are.

Winter one of the four seasons and outside all year long. If you ski, ice fish, like to snow shoe or snowmobile, winter is a white wonderland. Just might trade in the shorts for something from LL Bean. Layers, too many and you are hot, sweating in winter.

I've noticed a pattern with these Maine homes. Half finished and half-ass construction.
Consider buying land, building your own slowly. Slow cooked, easy does it and DIY yourself if you have the skills pays back big time!
