@@TidalZone Then thats wer corruption exist, only few r really doing it. Some might b just lack permits and illegal business. And hoping some Senators in our government will notice this Car Purchasing but really uses the Street to Park. Like how did this person got a Car and still parking outside in the streets. Government shld make a Bill about this. A Law that car owners will think twice befoire parking anywhere in the street and be alert everytime they park cuz get scared violating such Law.

I think some Car Manufacturers are doing some checking before they allow you to purchase a car, but dapat lahat ginagawa to.
