Hi doc new subscriber here. So far ito yung fast talk na sobra na-aliw ko!! Ang daming kong natutunan na new things like meron pala physical or chemical sunscreen. Sunscreen lang talaga natutunan ko basta walang white cast okay na 😂 is oral sunscreen a thing na pala? Ano na naman tong essence, ampoule and cleansing balm? Napag iwanan na ata ako ng panahon and I’m just 27 pa 😂 Napa research tuloy ako and halos skin care na lahat tinitingnan ko when I go to the mall or yung nasa cart ng online shop puros skin care na. if they dont contain the ones i mentioned in the video, then they should be ok to use :) basta use only products you need, dont na muna experiment while youre pregnant

Oral sunscreens are supplements that help prevent DNA damage from UV radiation exposure. Daming tanong about this, i will make content :)
