1.21 The reason the club is in crisis as we face PSR problems again is very simple and its been the same for years and that is the recruitment has been shocking for years therefore when players are sold like previously they sell for outstanding profit and we’re able to balance the books 1.Sort the poor recruitment team 2. Sort out ridiculous wages for average players 3. Sack Rudkin 4. Buy good young players 5. Sell for profit = A well run healthy football club It’s not rocket science
I shared this on BlueSky because I believe this is essential viewing not only for Leicester supporters, but neutral fans who don't realise the bind that PSR puts clubs like ours in from year to year. I don't believe 100 million will get spent, I'd probably put it around 30 million, and I absolutely believe Leicester will become a Championship side for the next 5+ years as the EFL makes an example of them. How dare the small teams take financial risks in this day and age?? If the FA had their way, the prem would be a closed league of 16-20 superclubs, and Leicester aren't in that blueprint.
Don't want to be a Debbie Downer but it's hard not to be. We've left ourselves too much to do in this window to stay up, the whole squad is just too average/below par. We will go down and I worry that what could follow could be reminiscent of the period that followed our relegation in 2004. That relegation a couple of years ago should NEVER have happened, and could have massive consequences for the club for the next decade or so - which let's be honest we're probably already witnessing. Great video, keep up the good work!
This transfer window wont make any difference unless we get the right players in .. spending money doesnt always solve anything ..but to be fair we would concede less with me at rb so cant make it much worse
While Rudkin and Wheeler are at the club then we will remain in this mess we’re in. Any other career they would have been sacked for poor performance. Both have destroyed this club with then inept ability. As much as I love the club I can’t see any way we can stay up as we’re not going to spend the sort of money we need to survive and in recent performances of transfers have been shocking.
Nice visuals Lox. Great video. This club is shambolic at the best of times. They act too late. They don’t take risks when it’s absolutely necessary. It’s always too little, too late. They don’t even know what to do to fix this. If we fail to stay up, Top has to sell the club. Hell even if we stay up Top has to sell the club. We cannot keep cheating death in the way we do. We keep getting burned slowly. If we go down, it’s over. If we stay up, we’re still gonna be in danger if we don’t make investment. And we have to depart with the decision makers at the club. They’re not good enough.
Could there be a sell off happening? - Top more intrested in horse racing with less outlay he's less intrested in lack lustre Leicester city? - management, 😮scouts and recruitment are not being proactive and late in transfers tells me somebody isn't bothered at the club!!
We need 5 new QUALITY signings. 2 defenders, 2 wingers (like Manny said) and 1 forward. Your spot on Lox and I don't have any confidence in the board. Why oh why have they not started. Also sell some of the deadwood.
We were on target for 40 points with Cooper. We are now on target for around 30. If we go down - and I fear that we will - we will be marooned in the Championship for may seasons. The players seem to have been derailed by Maresca leaving.
we were on 0.8pts per game under Steve Cooper, and that was before he played Man City, Newcastle and Liverpool.. so no we were NOT on course for 40 pts
@@BlueTintedGlassesLCFC Sorry if I got that wrong but nothing has improved has it? Cooper and Ruud aren't the problem. The players are nowhere near Prem quality. Even our wins have been jammy. Good job we have a class keeper otherwise there would be an even more horrendous goal difference.
@@john1951w personally we believe performances have improved, but of course the main thing is results haven't improved. Tune in at 7pm tonight and we will have a deep dive analysis on LCFC under ruud
It’s shit or bust time. We have to go all in this month. I don’t see any other way if we want to give ourselves a chance of staying up. The current squad is simply not good enough. The spotlight is squarely on Top now. This month will tell us all we need to know about those in charge.
Until Top fixes are senior management ie Rudkin we will be a poor club for years to come. It's the same conversations on repeat. We are getting relegated without laying a glove on anyone this season due to failing with our recruitment
Spend now. Sell before the financial year ends. End of June? Goodbye Mads, Bilal, and whoever else has to go to balance the books. Then go again next season in the prem (hopefully!). Not likely to happen imo, but needs to be done.
If we go down ,lets not waste money in this window ,but we must sign players who are ready for English football . I dont want 25 million spent on untested foreign players . why buy old clapped out players ,if we go down,we need players who will be able to play for several years , ,with pace and fight .As fans we could name a full team of deadwood on good wages ,that has put us in trouble because no one wants them ,and you can't move them on .
Sadly, since the death of our saviour in the copter disaster the club has been in a spiral of decline. Too generous by far with wages and poor recruiting. With the big mistake being the Mara Largo of training grounds. Every time I see pictures or videos of the training it has an air of a relaxing holiday not preparation for a match. You are correct we are going down and will be held to account on our return to the EFL. We will not be looking at a return to the Prem for some time and will have to fire sale players needing ourselves to recruit bargain basement a raw youngsters. It’s all very sad and far from the heady days of less than 10 years ago.
My thoughts are this club is delusional and if we dont recruit we're down but top doesn't seem to be clued in even worse if he is and don't do anything I've always had the impression that top isn't football driven like vichai however psr just may have the last laugh
There’s no way 150 mill will be spent a couple of loans at best

Ruud Van Rental is a Wayne Rooney manager. Bet Steve Cooper is laughing his head. Just look where your neighgours Nottingham Forest are.
Forest are where they are because they sacked the Orc PE teacher Cooper 😂

Steve Cooper 9 points from 10 games; Ruud Boy 5 points from 10 games - be careful what you wish for!
Ruud has only had 7 games. 4 of which were Man City, Liverpool, Newcastle and Villa.
Cooper had Southampton, Everton, Ipswich, Palace and etc
Leicester City must not forget the lesson of what led to our relegation last time.

Soutar was brought in due to a good performance in world cup but was found out in the Premier league.
Wasted all that money on that extremely expensive lawyer. Then started jumping up and down thinking that you’d got away with cheating. OMG‼️
There is still time in the January transfer window, for Leicester City to sign good quality players, to keep us up.
We need 5 new QUALITY signings. 2 defenders, 2 wingers (like Manny said) and 1 forward. Your spot on Lox and I don't have any confidence in the board. Why oh why have they not started. Also sell some of the deadwood.
Also dint think you can get both transfer embargo and a point deduction?

No chance we spend £100m
Five straight defeats with Danny Ward and James Justin 🤷♂️😉🦊

$25 million for Skipp. That would mean Ndidi is worth $100 million ?
No you had your pants pulled down... only player worth money in your team is your injured goalie hermansen
If you kept cooper, I don't think you'd be in the bottom 3. Your going down with Ruud
Wrong, you’d be bottom 100 %
You know what they say…cheats never prosper
H Winks and O Skipp are not good enough - I'm still in shock that O Skipp cost £25 million pounds 💷 😮

Very well said Lox👏 (I am starting to lose hope with our survival chances tho😢)
You have appointed a manager with little track record. What do you expect?
Watch Dudkin eff this up again..
He's on holidays so I don't think he really cares
Championship football ⚽️ don't attract many qualities.
ask jon rudkin

James Justin is a joke
This is what ive been saying spend big if we dont we will be fucked if we go down
We will be 3 off safely if they lose! Cus of Everton
Aren't they playing Nottingham Forest? Everton's game in hand is against Liverpool.

@2smokeeeey wow you're intelligent
Well you've cheated a couple of times I hope you go down to league 1
get behind the club instead of wallowing in self pity
Get relegated 😂😂😂
Wait, so Cooper wasn't the problem? hmmmmmm, colour me surprised. Leicester fans deserve every single part of this, they are a disgrace.
Leicester city fans no different to any clubs fans... only want best for club
