These are some of the last clips I filmed of the City of San Diego trucks before the 50+ Autocar Heil Rapid Rails arrived, and the remaining manual green waste routes were automated, pursuant to California’s SB1383 organics recycling law.

Good compilation, wow 50 is a lot of Rapid Rails, hope they get faster with age.

They do get faster as they are broken in. Usually takes them a 7-8 months to full year to break in and become faster.
