Brilliant video Steve as always. I'm back over in Faro next week filming the football. Gibraltar is playing at the Algarve stadium. Where do people normally drink and hang out when international football is being played in the Algarve?
Hi Gibtv, not to sure of your name😂 thanks for watching and commenting. No way only just found out that Gibraltar play there home games in Faro. Where are you staying, I think the best place to go if you don't mind travelling a bit and you want some good atmosphere I recommend Albufeira old town, loads of expats there and loads of bars showing the football. Faro and Olhao will be pretty quiet when the football is on. The stadium is in the middle of nowhere so you can't just pop out of the stadium and have a drink. Hope all goes well. 😊😊
@stewalker Thanks for the reply and local knowledge. Only there for the night, so I think Abufeira is a bit far for us, so we are staying in Faro. Still finalising details. Yeah, when our stadium is out of action, our home ground is Estadio Algarve. I think these are the last two games before we move back to Gib Stadium permanently. The Wales game, I think, will be the last one they ever play in Faro. So im hoping to film that as that's a little piece of history for Gibraltar in Portugal. I just wanted to catch some shots of the fans congregating around bars in Faro. I understand there won't be a large turnout, but enough to make a decent video.

Thank you so much Steve, another fantastic video 😄 it almost felt like we were there with you! We know that walk between the ferry terminal and the new marina so well as we always stay at the Marina apartments and we were there the day the new marina opened two years ago. It's improving all the time as the units get occupied - some great bars and restaurants, as there are all over Olhao. You have also given us a couple of ideas of places to try that we haven't been to before, so we are grateful for that. We always go over to the islands several times when we are there, either by ferry or water taxi, both are great. We literally cannot wait until we next go in September. Superb Steve. Along with Lagos. Olhao is my wife's and I two favourite places in the Algarve. We have stayed in those apartments many times. I saw plenty of our favourite places to eat and drink. Delice de Olhao, and O Bote are two . Wish we were there now. Cheers Steve.

Steve there also is a Japanese restaurant in the back streets eat all you want it's not a buffet amazing value you should try it
