Hey bro. I got mine from a friend that had leftover scraps. I’m sure you can find stuff like that on offer up. Lots of times guys with big boats that do projects like this have big scraps. You can try contacting boat fabricators and see if they are willing to give you scraps that they throw away. But at the end of the day, for a small boat like ours - it’s not that expensive. I think I saw a roll for like 80$ or something
Have you tried push poling it around from the platform? How does it do? Thinking about doing one for mine but not sure how easy it would be to push around with a push pole.
