Actually, I'm pretty sure they were so good because Ludo + Tech is basically Ludo + Brim with a smaller hitbox, meaning it's doing full damage either every frame or every other frame.
No matter how many bad calls you may make in the future NL you will always have this run. This one glorious, shining run where you were the best of us. I salute you Admiral Egg.
Just did this last night. Had an awesome run with the Lost, got hit on Hush while I had the Stopwatch, and everything slowed down. It created a massive wall of impossible to dodge shots and killed me. I just put my head in my heads for about a minute before closing out the game.

Here's one route to success for a Delirium Keeper fight. Broken Remote (+ sack boy). Stack a bunch of coins on the ground, teleporting out to regain full charges. Also, major kudos for a hard-fought and skilled run, NL.

When he dropped perthro before walking into the devil deal and picked up 'my shadow' along with 'dead cat'. I was sure the guppy dream was over as well as the run. Turned out to be a great run and some of the best plays in a while.
I believe the Strength card can allow one to pick up a 2-heart deal. If you pop it exactly after paying the hp, it will count as you having 1 heart, so you won't die

Just on the off-chance you read this, NL. If you run into this issue again (or just want to safeguard against it happening again), you can get everything done with the floor that you want, and exit the run right before the fight. That way, if it does crash, it will just reload where you exited before. Not a perfect solution, but at least you won't have to re-do the whole floor again.

He's definitely a good player. He goes on tilt a lot, and sometimes he gets caught up in his commentary and loses focus, but anyone that says he's not a very good player doesn't know what they're talking about. You can't play a game like this as many hours as he has and not be good at it.

As a biology major, I can confirm that you pretty much learn how to use a library and then make shit up based on conjecture but make it sound _really really_ convincing. Since I got a Bachelor of Science, it gives saying "I got a BS in Biology" a whole new meaning. On the plus side, Drosophila genetics is hilarious because the people who named Drosophila genes and their non-Drosophila homologues were some wild nerds. Just look up the polydactyly gene "Sonic hedgehog" (human-based homologue of the Drosophila gene "Hedgehog") and its molecular inhibitor, "Robotnikinin" (for the handful of people who haven't heard of it already).

SarahMariePardy Not quite. Deals can spawn on small rooms (for example, the tiny boss room with Famine is capable of spawning one), but sometimes the spawn placement of enemies fucks up the game's calculation of where to spawn a door.
That poop that separated the right and left sides of the room? That precluded a deal from spawning on the right side. There has to be uninterrupted walking access for the deal to show up in the small rooms.
