Hi! I don’t think you need to unlock anything, just make sure to disable any mods you have on, restart the game and press TAB when you are in the „New Game” screen! (there is a little note on the right side)

oh true, i did miss that.. but i think the run was powerful enough haha
the first floor's sacrifice room payouts included dead dove and 7 soul hearts, the super secret room held many readhearts.
i missed out then, still the run was really satisfying
