Awesome video guys and while the price is hard to swallow once you fly one, your hooked and I just can’t look back at the other pnp planes. My favorite EF plane is the 60in Laser
Congrats with your new bird!!! I got a Extreme Flight Extra 300 v2 60" and I am really loving it!!! Its also been my 3D trainer since I bought it 2 years ago! I hope to get an Slick 580 105,5 inch soon tho!
Great Video! So nice to see such a nicely edited, fun video on something other than a foamy. Please keep it up!!!! The hobby needs you. How you don't have far more subscribers is a mystery to me.
I bought the smaller 48" version of this plane. I put a sunnysky 2820 920kv motor on it and run it on 4s. I can only say positive things about that plane. You are right though, the price is a little hard to swallow initially
Hey Tail Heavy, Do you have a discord? if not please consider making one. I believe lots of people would enjoy it and you could talk with a lot of your fans!
Absolute stunner, and this wing lock system is so neat. I would love to get one, but I am not there yet regarding the skills. Also the 48" class is more accessible from a financial point of view.
Ah, this is one of those, near competition grade planes. This will have a lot of things that aren’t as easy to appreciate until you’re at that place in skill
Great video thankyou! I'm pretty sure Jase Dussia has featured this model in a few of his videos which is where I first fell in love with it. Having said that, I can't afford on here in Australia and with bad exchange rate. Thanks again. Love your work!!
We do get asked about reviewing the Draco and Timber X a lot. Here’s the reply we usually give when asked. Unfortunately, we don't plan to purchase or review a Draco having flown a few ourselves already. It's way too heavy for what it's trying replicate due to the weight of all the added plastic scale features. It definitely is a nice fun replica of Draco to fly around as a scale plane though! Love the reverse thrust of course, too. 😁 On the Timber X - when a manufacturer tries to make a plane a Jack of all trades, well…it becomes a master of none. We got rid of our Timber X after owning it for two weeks. The Flex RV-8 10e out flies it in every possible way.
very nice plane!!! sorry about this question...i like stol planes...but i am learnings....can you recommend a cheap about 900mm plane i can buy ? i am not ready for your 3d planes yet. bit i love your channel. thanks!
@@alexherrera3918 Due to the landing gear springs being flaky, I'd suggest the Sport Cub S or the FMS 1700mm super cub to learn with. The Sport Cub S with SAFE off and added flaps is a very capable airplane - definitely not just a trainer. 😀
I’m surprised you say the MXS is more aggressive. It’s in there with the yak 54 and extra 300 as far as tameness. The edge and slick and laser are on another level of aggressiveness. Imho sky wing gives you a much better value than extreme flite. Skywing includes fuel tanks, battery straps, fuel dots and fuel lines, paint patched spinners and wheel stands/chocks for assembly and storage. You don’t get any of that with extreme flight.
gamebird is better dont @ me but serously gamrbird is the same as this but imo looks better ive had 2 and i love then im getting a 3rd soon by combining the pieces of the ones i killed. i also have the extremeflight extra exp and these as so good all of em but the extra does bite on axelerated stalls and does wing rock way more
@@michaelkrailo5725 Mid flight lost controll of one of my aillerons and the plane went spinning. i tried to recover it as best as i could but it wasnt flyable. i had this plane for quite a while now and had no problems with it. my best guess is that a wire conection on an aileron went lose during an aggressive maneuver.
@@jonaseggensperger4244 It just amazes me how many ways things can go wrong with these things. It must have been fully deflected when it locked up. That's a tough one. Servo failures do happen and connectors can work loose but it's somewhat rare bad luck when that happens. Really tough loss to take.
Ok I need one now guys! 😂 Thanks for the great video!
These videos are dangerous, I got a turbo Timber because of them 😅😂

It is so cool to see a channel like this grow!
Keep up the great work!
That plane is so cool! I can tell why its so expensive, all those metal servo horns and amazing servos. The wing fastener is very amazing too!
Awesome flying and truly beautiful Airplane!
Thanks, I bought that plane in July and could not be happier with it.

I‘ve also got it. It fly’s just amazing. Really recommend it to everyone

I have just recently bought the same exact plane! Its extremely capable but so forgiving to fly my instant favorite after its maiden.

Tree dancing rocks😝 another great vid Mr. THP!
Great video as always! This is next level for a foamie flyer like me, can't compare the build and finish of a good balsa plane to foam.
Living the dream brother
Cool plane! Looks like a ton of fun to fly.

Love my Baby Metal 64inch MXS. Out at the field ripping it today
I'm planning to maiden a 60" gamebird tomorrow!
Come on guys, gift these guys some Abos. That's exactly the content we RC guys want to see 👌
Can you do a vid on the eflite draco
Yes and Timber-X as well. The battle of bush planes !
@@michelpetrus I agree

I’ll never buy extreme flight again after buying a skywing and buying their 78” edge. It was a hot brick.
Skywing has better latches imho
Just started my build on the 85 inch version with the same color scheme
What a nice plane 👍👍👍
You guys should get the omphobby bighorn
I think it would really fit your guy's style of flying
How does it compare to the 60 Lazer 260 v2 and the EF 85” MXS?
Nice plane
Add a video set up.for the NX series vs Aura5 lite
Are there any rc planes that have parachutes like cirrus?
Do a review of that big ol bushmaster
I agree with you on that one. Balsa does fly better!
Do a flight reviewing the eratix, I think that would be cool 👍
How's replacement parts ?
Excellent they have all you could need as long as it’s in stock
And if it’s not in stock, give them a call they might have it on the shelves still

right? Here i Europe it can be some

Take a peak at the E-Flite Aeroscout or Sport Cub S. Both great options. 👍

Best bet for a good beginner plane that can do some gentle STOL ops is the Carbon Cub S. 👍

Nice plane but way overpriced! I’ll stick with the $200 foamies…
Bzzzzzzzz
Balsa is better lol
