The Cool thing is: Mathematical:
He does the first lap in 13s and the second in 12s average that at 12,5s.
Coliseum is 40*80m = He runs 119,377m on one lap. (Diameter 38m x 3,1415)
This gives: 119.377/12,5 = 9,55m/s = 34,38 Km/h = 21,4 Mph
