7:20 13 y/o Ale is nearly out of gas after playing a 2 hour set nonstop, but powers through to the end. They have now played the Whisky around 5 times. 😎👍
The Warning started to post pro shot 4k videos of live performances, from their biggest headlining show to date, at the Pepsi Centre. in Mexico City, in front of 8000 rabid fans last year, on their UA-cam channel, so I strongly recommend reacting to those, as they are fantastic.
The Warning has played at the Whisky 6 times. We’re told that they have an open invitation to come play whenever they want. Their release show for the latest album, Keep Me Fed was also held at the Whisky.
So good. They’ve played there many times and earned an open invitation to stop by for a set anytime they are in town. They just had their album release party there. When I first discovered The Warning I had to listen to this every morning before work for several months. Thanks
They absolutely slayed this cover, crazy to think this song was not in their setlist and was done as a special request after they already played a full show!
Actually Atlas Rise was on the setlist - infact I have one of the signed setlists from this private Kickstarter Whisky show. It not only lists the songs, but also the tunings for the guitars and basses used in the show.
When I saw them this cover for the first time ,they got me, since then l become hardcore fan, this fall l will see them for 3rd time in Toronto, cheers from 🇨🇦
This was at the end of a 2 hour set, 13 year old Alé was absolutely worn out but like the trooper she is nailed it! I think this is an extraordinary performance by three young girls to perform a song at this level that the original was played by four grown well experienced men, nothing short of amazing! This bears testament to Dany’s ability, she plays what’s needed for their songs and doesn’t seek to be the center of attention by doing flashy solos!
The song was played and dedicated to Steve B, who was the purchaser of this Kickstarter show and who was one of this private show’s two main organisers. If you watch Matthew Fraser’s recording of Atlas Rise, at the start you will see Dany dedicate the song to Steve. It was pre-planned and features on the setlist for this show.
This was the 23rd song of a 23 song concert and they were dead tired (as you could see from Ale's face). They stopped doing covers in 2017 but in this 2019 concert they did this cover as a personal favor for the promoter. By the way- this was not their first time at the Wisky. They have played the Wisky at least 5 times now and have sold out many shows (not that the Whisky is that big).
The manager of the Whiskey A Go Go is a die member of The Warning Army. The band has a standing invitation to play there any time. They did the album release party for their most recent album, Keep Me Fed, there.
Killed it and at the end of a 2hr set very impressive loved the overhead drum cam. I thought all 3 nailed a pretty technical song especially being so young they are amazing. Great reaction thank you.
The thought of a 13 year old playing at this level, at that time of night, after 2 hours straight just breaks and warms my heart at the same time. Obviously completely exhausted yet still playing flawlessly. (She actually drops the head of her bass on the stage at one point). Superstar. An 18 year old, a 16 year old and a 13 year just did this. What is it someone said? "These girls are the rock and roll missing link - Rock isn't dead, it just moved to Mexico". Cheesy, but I like it!
Great Reaction, Please React to the new releases from the Pepsi Center. Concert Songs , "Disciple, " Z" "Choke " and "Amour". Are Absolute Epic Performances! I know You Will lLove them! 🎉🎉 The Warning 🔥🔥🔥
Great reaction Vocal Citizen! At the time of this performance January 24th, 2019, Guitarist Dany was 18, Drummer Pau was 16, and bassist Ale` had just turned 14 years old a month prior. This was the encore of a 22 song setlist. In one month's time I'm going to see them LIVE in Pomona and LA for my 12th and 13th time; meeting them again in person for the 6th time at the meet-n-greet in LA. I hope you get to see them sometime. Their live shows are AMAZING! 🤘☺️❤️
This was filmed in January of 2019. It was a private show. The show was part of a fund raising campaign. one fan in particular approached some of us to gauge if there would be enough interest to make a show like this feasible. A large enough group of us were down, so the Whisky was booked, as was a media company to film it. Sadly, most of the video and audio was not usable so there is precious little that could be released.
Pau's cymbals are worth more than my damn truck. LOL! And for those who say 'Dany can't shred', because their music is often arranged where no solo is necessary (e.g., KORN - never a shred to be found, yet they're a mega band), all they have to do is watch this performance. Dany CAN definitely shred.
Hi Ale was exhausted and they collapsed after in the back. This was after a 2 hr set. Dany is underrated as a guitar player. They have a open invitation to play here. Ale was 13
So, you're teenagers, you've done a full concert and you've been asked to do an encore. So, hey, let's do something easy now that we're already tired. And this is what they do???? Holy crap!
Wtf? How is it possible to sing and play lead guitar at this age and then, THEN, Pau on the drums is doing the job of Lars way better than Lars AND singing while doing it!!!
The Warning played at The Whiskey 6 times. Once in 2017. Twice in 2018. Twice in 2019 with one show was this closed to the public invitation only (a Kickstarter Reward for studio time to record *Queen of the Murder Scene* album) show. And once in 2024, closed for the public, for big wigs at the lable. After the released of their 2nd album. They felt they no longer had to play covers anymore. Summer of 2018. They put out an *Atlas Rise* video they play at their home studio which they call The Cave. It was them saying goodbye to The Warning cover band.
Your years are a little off@@kevinthetruckdriver353 . They played 2 shows in 2020. My 1st TW show was January 16th, 2020. They played the night before on January 15th, 2020 as well. ✌️☺️
That was the last of a 22 song setlist. They were exhausted but still managed to give so much energy in that performance. Incredible.
Three teenage girls doing the work of four grown men and absolutely slaying it!!!!
You are not wrong.

Just the fact that Pau is singing lead vocals at some points while drumming is insane 🔥
And this at the end of a full set. 🤯

RIP Atlas Rise because The Warning just killed it!
Good. Funny seeing them from back then compared to now.
They were Even Amazing back then. Now World Class!

I concur - and thank you for mentioning the amazing job done by Ale - she kept up with Dany and Pau all the way!

Thank you! Cheers!
Awesome cover, great reaction, bangin song
thanks, doll.
Ale was 13… up WAY past her bedtime! 😂😂
Filmed in 2018, they were 18 16 and 13. Good version, and with 1 less guitar than the original.🤘🤘
Close, it was January of 2019. The event was planned around the band being in LA for NAMM. 👍🏻🙂
@@roywall8169Ale had just turned 14 a month before but here Dany and Pau hadn't had their birthdays yet.🤘⚡
Pau! Ale! Dany! They all shine in this performance. Ale stuck with it- better than a lot of us would have.
The encore after a 2 hour set...
Thanks ❤❤❤
The Warning is 💯%🔥🔥🔥&⚡⚡⚡
How did you find one of my favorite gems from TW so fast??? Impressed! #TheWarning
